Very helpful staff, free shuttle is great. Good breakfast and free city card for transport. Room very comfortable but does not have a kettle for hot drinks.

An amazing stay at this hotel. We had a suite which was huge and very comfortable. Food in the on-site restaurant was top notch. The only thing missing was great weather. Maybe next time 👍

Very central area, walkable with quite a few restaurant and shopping options. The highlight for me was the staff - we received excellent service. Do make use of the spa, it is lovely.

St. Moritz was lovely and everyone at the Crystal hotel was delightfully helpful. They will even transport you from the train - although we did not know this until we had already hoofed it up the hill with our bags. The breakfast was also a nice way to start our adventures each day.
