Standard room close to everything, decor tired. Bayview room with a view of the bay and wheel. No balcony but had a wide window which could be slid open. Opposite a park and a block from the bay. Block from Westfield Shopping Centre.

Whilst room was comfortable, it had an unsafe feeling about it when arriving at night. There was mould in the shower and hot water did not work properly & the towel rack above toilet rusty. The location is great but website photos did not match the room that was given and with a price of $238 for the night, I expect better quality.

Wouldn't recommend at all, staff were nice but the room was in a terrible state, dirty crusty pillows, the sheets haven't been changed in a while, crowded entrance to the room, no bedside tables or power points near the beds, the microwave doesn't work, the phone was disconnected, and I had to put up with a chirping fire alarm sound coming from the starage room near me all night! Sure they would've noticed it needs new batteries since staff uses that room a lot. Not happ, and wouldn't stay there again in the future.

We did not stay and am still waiting for a refund. Did not look like what was in pictures so either filtered. Thankfully found a lovely place and stayed there but nearly ruined our Anniversary 😡😡😡

Was in town for an event and was athe perfect location. Staff were very friendly accomidating a regest for a late checkout for us and allowing our car to remain on site till after the event which was appreciated. However the unit we were staying in did not appear to have been cleaned recently with stains throughout the unit on the carpet, the carpet in places was threadbare and there was biscuit crumbs on the floor. The bedding was also visably soiled. In the bathroom there was a number of hairs evident as well. There was also a strange odour on entering the unit.

Very convenient spot to all amenities. It was a bit noisy with inconsiderate comings and goings of other guests! Needs a bit of soundproofing!

Door was left open on arrival and heaps of blow flies were inside with no fly spray. The shower pipes were so noisy that it was impossible to take a decent shower after a long trip. The taps in the next room could also be heard. Wasn’t worth the money.

A strange man attempted to get into my room at 2am in the morning. He fiddled with the handle and then banged on the door with force. When I went down to tell management in the morning, the office was unattended.

Everything in the room was clean looked like freshly painted would definitely stay again the only thing I would say was the carpet was a bit tired but other wise everything was good.

very dark rooms along the front but staff were fantastic, understanding and re located us to a brighter room. didnt like the old couches on the balcony...made ot feel cheap. cleaning staff and manager were amazing and friendly.
