Computer was out, couldn’t check in or get room key. Waited over an hour for maint to bring the only master key. My wife and maintenance went to our “assigned” room which was already occupied by a half dressed man who easily could have shot her as there was no knock on the door, maint just barged in. Didn’t get keys till the next day. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and the hotel had no idea what rooms were occupied. Terrible experience and we would like to be compensated

Called & requested an early check-in & Was told by Leo that I would be charged an additional $25.00 because I booked through a third party & I wasn’t an IHG customer.
The toilet bowl wasn’t stable in Rm. 510 & the tile floor needed work & the door stopper was missing .

Usually this property is great but this day I had issues with my toilet not flushing and the staff didn’t do anything to accommodate me. But normally the rooms are nice and comfortable. There is a female staff member who is normally accommodating but this day she didn’t work.

We were about an hour early but they checked in quite a few people while we sat and waited till check in time. Our room was fine, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. We come to Atlanta several nights a year. I would stay here again.

The hotel needs some help with staff. Check-in was good, but in dealing with staff for several issues, it's clear that they lack a working command of the English language. That was annoying and in some cases just detrimental to getting things done.

I actually didn’t stay bc the weather was horrible a hurricane hit Atlanta,GA the night of my stay the hotel did call a let me know they were changing my room bc the room I reserved was not available for my stay

Overall great hotel. Nice area! I stay here often had my first experience with service. My toilet didn’t flush, so I had to stay in the room for three days with a toilet that couldn’t flush. I called the first night and the rep said he will call me back never did. Called the next day the rep says they don’t have any other rooms to put me in and they will come fix it the next day. I never received or was offered any compensation or accommodations for the inconvenience. It was like a deal with or we can move you to another hotel kind of attitude.
