Non smoking room smelled like smoke, Front desk attendenant couldnt give simple recommendations for dining in the local area, ammenties/toiletries were scarce, beds were too firm, had to have room keys re-authorized 3 times during the stay, room rate was absurdly high for location with no extra service added to justify the cost, continental breakfast opitions were poor. More care should be taken by upper management about how to maintain a property if they intend to charge such prices at a location that isnt much of a "hot spot" for anything meaningful. Overall experience was poor and would actively tell people to avoid the property if they can and choose another location in the area.

The location was good. We had a big group there for a wedding - lots of family. Not very clean - one room had some kind of bugs in the bedding. Called the property several times to clear up some billing issues and no one ever called back. Very disappointed!

Excellent 2 night stay for a solo female traveler with dog. I felt safe, room was very clean, staff friendly, dog welcomed. Breakfast was standard, but well appointed. I did not try pool or hot tub. Wi-Fi was a little slow, but worked just fine. The city has a great Dog Park, beach, and the steakhouse on the lake was a great choice for a drink and late night snack.

I travel a lot for work, and there was nothing during this stay that I would rate above average. From the first time I entered the room, I was not impressed. There was a large wardrobe that almost blocked the entrance into the room, and this was the only place to hang any clothing. There was an unpleasant odor that I couldn't place, but I bought an air freshener, which helped. The climate control had a sign on it stating that it was controlled on the wall, but I looked at every wall and couldn't find the thermostat. I called the front desk to ask about it and was told, "If you don't see it, you probably have to use the controls on the unit. But they don't work very well, so you'll have to mess around with them." When I finally got a good temperature, I was afraid to change it again! When I turned down the bed, I saw that the sheets were so worn that I could literally see through them. And the bedspread was well-worn too (but I couldn't see through it!). The shower curtain was so thin that some water actually went through it onto the floor. And the towels were small and very well-used. The one positive was that I didn't see any obvious dirt, but that smell made it feel dirty anyway. Would not recommend.

It was only one night, but it was clean and the service was nice and helpful. The kids loved the pool.

I rated a 3. /5 because of only good to poor front desk service. Had to ring for service then wait several minutes upon check in . Computer program did not have my reservation online. Breakfast service gets a 2/5. Cold,hard biscuits, lukewarm coffee.

The floor of our room was literally wet for the entire four night stay. My concern was mold. Used towels and trash needs to be placed in the hallway each morning as they only freshen your room every three days. Toilet leaked and bugs in the pool completed our miserable stay.. Definitely would mit recommend.

Pool closed due to murky water, jacuzzi in unit broken, electric outlets in room not all working so difficult to charge devices. A lot of money to pay for a room that didn’t give the amenities we thought we were paying for.

The room smelled stale and of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I am asthmatic and it really bothered my lungs. I am 78 years old and have traveled a great deal in my lifetime. It was the worst bed ever! The breakfast each day however was very good and a great way to start our day!

The desk manager was grumpy and curt - not customer friendly at all. The lady that cleaned our room was very kind and thorough. The breakfast was lacking - food missing, even with more than two hours remaining; milk was starting to sour; garbage was full; only apples for fruit. No shower soap provided. Overall, less than satisfying.
