The check in was smooth. The front desk guy was nice. The valet guys were cool. Although, one of them grazed the front driver side of our car and didnt let us know. Enjoyed the food at the famous Bar inside of the hotel.The room was nice, clean, and spacious. We will be staying there again!

When I first arrived, I had an incident with valet. Where they asked me for twenty dollars, which was confirmed by the sign that they have. I assumed that that would be me paying for parking. So when I went inside and was asked to pay for parking again, I was shocked. Ben at the desk, had me walk back out to valley and ask them what happened because Ben believed it was a miscommunication. I still do not believe it was. Ben handled the situation professionally and without recourse. Believing that my stay was going to get better. I headed up to my room, which was a penthouse room or a club suite. As I got off of the elevator I was greeted by horribly stained carpet and a dingy hallway. I was still hopeful. When I entered my room, it felt old. It definitely is not up to code. As it does not have enough plugs, and half of the plugs in my room did not work. The couch had hair from previous guest, and the bed was a murphy bed with the thinnest mattress I have ever seen. It's squeaked with every movement. When I opted to take a shower.I was surprised that the shower had no soap but an empty container. This was rectified by the front desk. During my shower, water poured out if you use both nozzles and streamed across the whole bathroom, which I cleaned up with the very few towels that were actually in my room. The mirror hanging on the wall was hanging off and do not function with lights. Overall, I would not stay here again. I will see.The staff was very friendly besides valet.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Windsor Suites. It has an ideal Location for seeing the Philadelphia sites. Con Murphy’s pub in the lobby has excellent food and drinks. The rooms are clean, spacious and our came with a kitchenette.

The place has outdated HVAC. You cannot choice what you want to run in your own room. The HVAC is set to the entire building, so if the heat is on, that’s all you can run. If you like a cold room this place is not for you.

Everything was ok except that the thermostat was not in good working condition in our room. Ultimately, it was my fault for not reporting the issue so i still give this property and overall experience a 5 star

The heat was on. The rooms were entirely too hot. Could not cool the room. The temperature eas 78 dagrees in our room. Very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, it is conveniently located to restaurants. The only thing I was upset about that they charge $55 a day for parking which was not disclosed.

All in all a great stay. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Andrea at check in was wonderful. We were able to get food delivers to the room and the hotel takes guest safety seriously. It was a great stay at a great place in a great location at the right price!

Stayed there for 2 nights. We loved the hotel, but the room was freezing since the outside temperature was chilly. So, we asked the front desk about it; they informed us that the thermostats at the hotel were preset for summer. They provide us with blankets. We left the hotel at 11pm the last night since the room was too cold.
