To start, this is not one of, this IS the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely disgusting. I booked two nights with two queen beds and a pull out. Firstly. They’re not queen sized beds. They’re full size. Secondly. There were holes in the carpet, tears in the sofa, mildew in the bathroom, mold on the ceilings. They spray painted the top of the stove and the paint was all over the counter. I was charged 1,800.00 for Friday to Sunday stay. The first night I was there I searched everywhere locally for another place to stay. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. At one point I asked for an extra pillow and the man working the counter just walked out from behind the counter, walked into another room and then handed me one. Don’t even get me started on the smell. The smell was musty and disgusting. Imagine listing your hair on fire and then placing that burnt hair on a plate of over cooked chicken curry. I am furious that I spent that amount of money for such a disgusting atmosphere. Zero point in attempting to get my money back or a portion of it back because we all know that’s a waste of time. I went to the front text when I was asking for a pillow and the guy was being confronted by another person because their bathroom light didn’t work, her hair dryer didn’t work and the guy at the counter told her that she was crazy for thinking someone would repair those things for her on a Saturday. At 900.00 a night, save your money. Sleep in your car.

We stayed for one night to have some extra time in Salem over the weekend. It was a great stay no problems at all, the place could use some upgrades especially to the carpets other than that we enjoyed our stay and bonus it was per friendly!

Unfortunately the images online were nothing like the room we walked into. The light on the ceiling was falling off and the overall cleanliness was not great

The rooms were not clean here. The carpet had a very musty smell and was obviously stained and sticky. Needs a good deep cleaning.

The room smelled weird and the floor felt sticky (even with shoes on). The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was a cheap price for a one night stay, but I would never plan to have an “extended stay” at this place. It had a two burner hot plate in the kitchen that’s seen better days. The “complimentary” breakfast in the lobby was the worst prepackaged muffin I’ve ever had.

This was to be a smoke-free room, but the room had a constant stale cigarette smoke smell which was especially strong in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was not much, and one of the mornings the coffee was made in the (clearly labeled) "HOT WATER" caraffe.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed.
Hotel was generally dirty and worn. the light in our bathroom did not work, so they had placed the desk lamp from the room in the bathroom. When we asked for a different room, we were told repeated that they were fully booked even though it was apparent that they were not. Horrible staff and facility. Avoid this location.

Microwave smoked and broke when we tried to use it, cable didn't work, toilet seat hinge broken, kitchen counter bent. Location was hard to get to.

I was expecting a budget option for the area - but I was very disappointed. I woke up in our “non- smoking” room thinking someone was smoking next to me. The hallways have a gross smell
with a periodic air freshener dispensing - but the combo is off putting. I stepped on the elevator with a person that works at the hotel and they physically gagged with the smell.
The breakfast was grab and go but was so modest. It had pre packaged muffins and breakfast bars. They didn’t even have water.
The staff was fine and I am thankful that our floors in the room weren’t carpet.
For the cost, I was shocked at the condition of the rooms - most notably the smell.

Shelves had stains, very outdated, rips on couch, floor was very sticky in room, outlet cover was broken exposing electrical. Bathroom tub was dirty. Kitchen stove was dirty. Very dissatisfied and want a refund.
