Nice apartment facing street. Clean and nice. Representative did not speak English but things worked out great. For making food some utensils were missing. Remember to bring salt and pepper yourself.

Totally saying it's okay. Nice kitchen, clean room and toilet. wifi cannot be connected... there's no reception desk and it's already 18 or 19 o'clock when we arrived, no one answer the phone because it's our of their working time. No AC & elevator, and our room is at 3rd floor...

This is an automated apartment complex with no real reception desk. You get an email with overall instructions but nobody tells you to expect that email. I was lucky to arrive after another guest had figured it all out and she explained everything, otherwise I would have left stranded the night of my arrival. The pics are misleading since they make you think the apartment s much bigger of what it actually is. We could never figure out how the washing machine works since it asks for tokens and we couldn’t get tokens anywhere in the washing room. I texted the phone for support but nobody called or texted back. Instructions in the building are only in German not in any other language which always poses a challenge.

Absolutely amazing! The apartments are in the best possible location, really clean and well equipped. There’s literally everything you could need. Beautifully decorated and clean too.

Good, basic accommodations. Good location for walking around downtown.

First off I would like to say the stay was awesome! The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The location was very close to restaurants and shops. The room/apartment was clean well organized and cozy I have no complaints at all and they’re also pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. I will definitely book a stay at this establishment again.

I like the apartment/hotel. It was a bit more modern than the other hotels in the area and was close enough the the Marienplatz for easy access. The internet worked well, which is significantly better than other hotels in Ravensburg.
