I consider cleanliness to be the item that shows the character of any business.
After taking a shower and walking bare foot in the room, I noticed my feet were sticky. Thinking it was just a spot I use the bathroom wet floor towel without soap to mop the spot. To my surprise I notice that all the floor was dirty as the one spot. Totally unaceptable.

I am truly thankful this place is a place that allows you to enjoy yourself. Rooms are clean. Hot water. Working A/C. I rarely review for hotels- this one I had to. You'd like it. Close to restaurants and parks. 10/10.

Overall, my experience was good. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room with the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is safe and there is a great restaurant Senor Limon nearby with the best cebiches in Lima. The only thing is the taxi to the airport is expensive US$35.00

Bathroom floor is a foot higher than before dangerous in the dark especially at 70 years old odd elevator that requires 2 doors to close
No one speaks English not even front desk definitely doesn’t look like the photos on Expedia I want my money back

Overall the room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly. However I found that walking without shoes in the room I get sand or dirt on my feet. I did see a worker moping the tile floors. I don’t think the floors get vacuumed though. I think they should.

Great location, well priced and wonderful service. The cafe is very convenient and a nice cozy place for getting together if traveling in groups or meeting with others. Highly recommend

The parking inside the 10 story building is scarce and they charge for it.
Unusual for a city like Lima. Unlike San Francisco where you need to reserve a parking spot before the hotel :)
There is no breakfast offered with the rooms. They have a restaurant next to the lobby but they don’t offer continental or american or a breakfast combo of any kind. You will need to put your own together by asking for eggs, bacon or ham, coffee and juice price and sold separate. The name of the hotel is “Art Hotel” but don’t expect to be to impressed with the hangings on the colorful walls that give a cheerful feel to the theme. With the price right and a good resting sleep I will go back to the friendly Art Hotel.
