The hotel is old and in need of updates big time. The only rooms with refrigerators are suites. We were upgraded to one do to meds that need refrigeration. But the carpet had a large hole in it from scrubbing something out of it. Which also showed the true color of the carpet. The freezer in the frig was so froze over we couldnt even fit and icepack. The rooms are very small unless you have a suite. It needs a lot if updating in the rooms.

Lights were all flickering or did not work Your tvs are mounted at the top of a cabinet and cannot clearly see the program guides it’s too small

Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Every hour on the hour the lights would turn on by them selves. This was like torture. I want my $ back.

This property named Microtel is micro small as a cell. The floors were sticky, bathroom counters were nil, lighting fixtures had low lights, the queen size bed filled the whole room, not to mention no microwave and refrigerator. The only feature was the customer service, they were excellent, kind and professional…just make sure you continue to employ them.

Room was clean, however no mini fridge or microwave. Need to buy a cooler to keeps cold drinks on hand.

I paid for a reservation online for 1 room and 2 queen beds for 2 guests (#72886454649882). When I arrived at the property they told me they no longer had my room available but could accommodate me in a suite with one bed and a sofa bed. I did not think it would be an issue, I was tired from my 8 hour drive and just wanted to get some rest. Turns out the sofa bed was not comfortable at all! You can feel the springs on the sofa bed, not to mention the small dimensions, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. I woke up sore and even more tired than when I had arrived. The next morning the clerk that “accommodated” me in a suite had left and I could not get an answer on why my initial reservation was not available. Stay away from their suites if you are thinking of using the sofa bed to sleep. Still waiting to hear back on why the reservation I made days before arriving was not available. Other than that, great location and room was clean.
