Excellent stay. Our flight arrived in the morning, so we arrived at the hotel before 11:00am. (The shuttle arrived at the airport for us very quickly.) Even though we arrived 4 hours before checkin time, they gave us our room. That was very nice!!

The bar waiter was rude and seemed bothered when i requested for a bucket of ice that i brought down from my room. The waitress at the breakfast restaurant charged for a cup of coffee that was supposed to be complimentary :(
I will NEVER stay at this facility again! Very disappointed.

They did not clean or change towels,
Also AC broken and had to change room at 4am, terrible sleep for the first day. They need to pay more attention to maintenance and room service.
