Pros: Price! It was under 100 for a good clean room that was easy access to the rest of the place (ground floor). It was newly remodeled. Service was prompt and professional could've been more friendly with a few staff members but alright.
Cons: the new remodel left only; simple fridges none had the little freezer in it, no jacuzzi suites, and there's probably more I just didnt know about it.
All in all, I would enjoy staying there again and I wish more places would have prices under 100 for stays.. I've stayed in way worse places and been severely less comfortable for way more money! So good job.. great stay - no. Grand Stay and the Grand Casino!! :)

My daughter was getting married in hillman and the hotel is only 20 min away, the room was huge very clean and looked brand new, the bathrooms was amazing i got to take a nice bath in the huge tub!

Liked the room conditions. Didn’t like that elevators that were on our side of the hotel only 1 of the 3 elevators worked. Made it hard to get to room and to casino.

We checked in ok but then about 4 hours later had to be moved to another room since the floor we were on had no hot water. The prime rib dinner we had was tough and we asked for crispy bacon for breakfast and it was so done it was like a beef jerky only bacon. Not very impressed for our first time visiting the place.

We had a terrible experience. We were promised a 4 PM check-in and when we arrived, we were told that the systems were down and we cannot check in. We were not able to check in until after 7 PM. There was only one restaurant open. There was no bartenders available. We were told several times that the location was understaffed. There was construction being done in multiple areas. There were some spots that had no lighting or poor lighting. It seemed Like it was in need of repair and and not taken care of very well at all. The casino seemed dirty and welcoming. The first bedroom that we got when we finally were able to check in smelled like old smoke. They subsequently gave us another room on the same floor not even three doors down. That room also smelled like smoke. We were told that the building was no smoking, but I do not think that’s true. it was very inconvenient. They were doing construction in the front entrance towards the parking lot where we parked our vehicle. We had to take all of our luggage and walk another 5 With all our belongings, we were not offered any compensation or any kind of perk to help with the issue that we had and we would never stay there again and give them very low recommendations

This was our first time staying at Grand Casino. We have stayed at many casinos before but Grand Casino Mille Lacs is by far the cleaniest we have stayed at! The staff were phenomenal, the room was super clean and you can tell they gave put alot of money into renovating them! The pool and spa were great and so were the food and car options! If your in the area heck if we're like us and live 2.5 hours away make q night or weekend at Grand Casino Mille Lacs! You won't be disappointed!
