Had a great stay at Gulf Hills.. we have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years…. Hotel is beautifully remodeled. All staff at front desk were pleasant and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Enjoyed the new bar on site. We have booked again for next year … our 25th wedding anniversary..
Want to give a special thanks to the hotel for sending a beautiful flower arrangement to the family of our dear friend, Hershel.. We met him at Gulf Hills on one of our stays there for Cruisin the coast approx 10 + years ago and has enjoyed his company ever since. We became very good friends outside of CTC….He was supposed to be coming with us this year, but God needed another Angel and took him 2 weeks ago..

The stay was excellent. Had a problem with the first room but the people at the front were very responsive and helped me move to another room. It looked like the rooms had been recently renovated and I really like how the had everything done. I was able to do my morning walk around the grounds in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood

The maid service was excellent during our stay. Our room was refreshed with clean linens and our beds were made. We enjoyed our stay and loved the southern charm around the properties.

This hotel is a little gem at the end of a winding road. Nice grounds, helpful staff, and a quiet oasis while being close to town. We would stay here again.

Quaint, charming hotel. Room was freshly updated. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was spacious and very nice with extended patio. Lots of seating and conversation gathering areas. We will stay here again.

We stayed here a while back under old management and said we’d NEVER be back but OMG this place has changed and we LOVED it. Such a great getaway! We went for our anniversary and the pool was excellent so was the bar in the hotel! I will be back and stay every single time!

Check-in was a breeze, and we were delighted to find that the rooms were recently renovated—everything was clean, and we absolutely loved the decor. Each room has a door that opens directly to the outside. Parking was right outside the rooms and no extra charge.
We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room and appreciated the complimentary water in the mini fridge.
The lounge and ballroom are both stunning, with the cocktail lounge offering a modern atmosphere and a great selection of drinks. The pool area was spectacular! While the pool is quite deep—perhaps not ideal for our toddler—we still had a fantastic time. The outdoor area is also incredibly photo-worthy.
We would definitely stay here again. The prices are excellent, especially considering how close it is to downtown. We’ve stayed at more expensive places in Ocean Springs, but this affordable hotel really impressed us. We look forward to coming back, especially once their restaurant is up and running. Room service would have been a nice addition, but overall, a great experience! There are plenty of wonderful restaurants close by.

Cons: The parking was pretty terrible as they had an event there. The AC made really strange noises when it kicks on and off. I had to put a sound machine app on my phone to drown it out.

This place is the peace and quiet you need. The room was very clean and very stocked with linins and other essensials. The rode to the hotel is not what you'll expect but lets you know its going to be quiet! It has Beautiful scenery and gives you the opportunity to not even leave the property. Italian resturant and bar right across the driveway. And i say bar but there is a golf course so thats the crowd. Definatly will be back

short. Looked like great renovations in main areas and refurbished in the hotel bedrooms. All that being said I would stay there again. Great city and great people. Quiet
