Check in guy was so disappointed It looks like he was mad cause i guess I interrupted what he was doing once I call the phone, answered rude and once he came done it was worst, he had an attitude all the time. Room was smelly poor quality for the price, walls im bad shape lights were not working, we got a first floor so guests from up stairs were super low, it was Just terrible, breakfast was good and the men in there was nice

The rooms were gross. Curtains were nasty. The faucets were loud when turned on and flow was intermittent. The room had those water bugs everywhere—crawling around the sink and in the bathroom. The toilet lid was crooked. The a/c was loud and didn’t have an auto mode. It was either on or off. Every morning I went to get coffee, they were out and I had to ask someone to get more. Needs updating if they are really going to charge $200/night.

What a hotel of the type should be. Can see the pride in property. Decent breakfast bar.

We booked on 2 days prior to our trip but where refused our room because the hotel had over booked. We had to drive an hour and a half out of the way to find another hotel.

Shower valve came off in my hand Desk clerk would not let us check in till 3. It doesn’t list as no early checking Pretty noisy outside and in the halls that night

We booked this over priced Super 8 because it was pet friendly. When we checked in the manager rudely informed me she had no more pet friendly rooms, later telling me that I could bring my dog in the room but she'd charge me another $200 in addition to the $425 I'd agreed to pay for this disgusting hotel room. It was hot that night so I had to stay in my car to keep the windows down for my dog since we had no where else to stay. This was not what I'd planned when I made the reservation. The manager made very snide comments about Expedia whom I booked through, that were baseless. I made the pet friendly reservation in good faith, willing to pay the Ritz Carlton rip off price for the room so I could rest. Fortunately my husband used the room. If you plan on being treated well, do not stay at this Super 8. Hospitality does not exist in their world.

The managers (husband/wife) team were wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Would stay again because of them.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The first night, my husband and I slept in one of the beds that "canoed" in the middle. The next night I slept in the other bed. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs and I have tons of bites from that bed. Disgusting. Besides this, the actual room was dirty, smelled of grilled onions or fried chicken both days. There was not an available room to change into (and obviously we did not know about the bed bugs until they appeared on my ride home). There was also a light that was dangerous- the entire bulb was hanging by the wires upside down. The \carpets were not vacuumed and the bathroom shower was gross too.
