Hotel space itself was very large. Stayed in family suite. Condition was not good. Peeling wall paper, broken bathroom handle, tuct tape on carpet, overall very rough shape. With a bit of work room could be great. Pool was a nice size and quiet which kids enjoyed. Breakfast was the highlight and everyone was well fed. Overall ok hotel for short stay.

The first room that we were booked had a smell and a waxy film on surfaces and tv only had one channel. We were moved to another room down the hall and it was a bit better and then around 11:00 pm - heard woman screaming - close to us and then a women got mad at me outside hotel - which scared my grandchild and he wanted to go home as he was scared. So they left around 11:30 pm and did not stay the night. I made the hotel know of the situation right away and was still charged 99.00 for the night that we did not stay at. The kids did swim during their little stay and they enjoyed that piece. I didn’t realize how run down the place was. Won’t be staying there again.

Very run down hotel. Was clearly a closed hotel that re-opened as a Ramada but FAR below typical Ramada standards. I do not recommend staying here.

The o ly redeeming quality of our stay was the continental breakfast and its staff. The front end staff also wasn’t horrible, but not being able to get towels after 5 requests was ridiculous. The room we were in was in awful shape, damaged throughout and wasn’t properly cleaned at all. We spent our first out upon our stay cleaning it to be sanitary for our 3 kids. There were stains in the carpet, black mold on the walls and the room was in general disarray. The pool was cold and the hot tub was no longer in service, as well as the shower for rinsing off after. The carpets in the stairwells weren’t touched once while we stayed there, so we didn’t bother having the staff come into our rooms, they don’t clean up anyway. Upon complaints of how bad the circumstances were, the useless front end staff offed a 10% discount and gave us a whopping $16.11 for our trouble, which only amounts to under 5%. This place has been run into the ground by horrible staff and owners very clearly and I will NEVER stay at this dump again. Truly disgusted that I wasn’t offered a thing while they pocketed our hard earned dollars.

I was missing some convenient things like soap and a face cloth in my room. Little disappointed the hot tub was out of service

The property has a falling down building out front and the entrance lobby is a bit suspect and elevator needed a clean but once in the room it was very good. Clean, spacious room, friendly staff

They were dealing with the sandy bay evacuation and seemed to have their hands full, had stayed there before and was good

Broken air condition, room insufficiently stocked of towels for two guests and front desk wouldn't supple more, on check out front desk wouldn't provide receipt, hallways dirty, uneven dirt entrance to parking lot, flooded hallway, environmentally unfriendly breakfast - only paper plates, the cinnamon buns were tasty

I paid four nights and was kicked out and i have not recieved a refund for three nights. Room was dirty. The security was rude and so was the front desk. I had to wait to check in at 7 in the evening when check in time is at 4.

Never again staying at this hoyel. Terrible.

The front desk staff were great. The security guard did not look up from his phone any of the multiple times I walked past. The room was as clean as it could be. However, the maintenance was concerning. The clasp on the door lock had been broken (from the door being kicked in). Instead of replaced, it another hole was drilled...however the whole thing was loose. There were two massive patches in the bathroom door from where it had been kicked. The bottom of the tub was stained from who knows what. The carpet is very dated and had multiple stains. The mini fridge had significant scratches (superficial damage as it worked but added to the sketchy ambience I suppose) The jacuzzi tub worked but had white tape holding the panels up on the front and the ceiling above had both stains and plaster patching making this a bit dubious. The smoke detector in the bedroom was plugged in.. but had been detached from the ceiling (we know why people do this). It's Prince Albert. It's rough. But I paid $164 for the night. It was a last minute booking and options were limited. The day to day staff did their best. The facilities just need maintenance or lower prices.
