The first room I checked into had a clogged sink and then I was put in another room next to it. It looked clean but smelled very musty/moldy and my nose immediately started to run upon entrance. I was tired so I stayed and the allergies cleared as soon as I left the hotel. Despite the website saying they remodeled in this year…the room was worn down with lots of chips and scratches on the furniture. The bed was comfortable and it seemed somewhat clean but could use a deep clean….the shower head and the sink were not shiny clean and had a lot of residue. Definitely felt worn down. Also you can hear the neighbors (walls seem very thin). Besides that it’s a super safe neighborhood and the staff were kind:)

Jets from jacuzzi not working

The cleanliness and customer service were better at this hotel than any hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are good.

It’s well maintained and located on a quiet area on the weekends. Staff is nice and friendly.

We had a great stay while visiting legoland and the beaches, close to everything we needed and had all the amenities a family could need. Breakfast was wonderful and the courtyard games were a hit after dinner.

Fantastic place to stay, and one we will go back to for sure.

My family stay was pretty good, food, property staff the hotel itself was really well taken care of and the price wasn't too bad. My only issues are with the bed and shower. The frame holding the bed, sticks out in the middle. To the point I scratched myself and my daughter did as well pretty bad. The shower curtain is way too short. It should be 6 inches longer to keep the water from falling all over the bathroom floor. It's so short, if it didn't have magnets at the bottom it would never hold in any water in the tub.

I went out of my way to write a review which I have rarely have done. Booked a couple of nights for a much needed vacation for me & my daughter. Plan was to take her to Legoland and give myself a couple of days relaxing with the pool; not leave for anything else. It was in the middle of a business center so the area was just packed with cars coming in and out of the area. Scooters and bikes coming out of nowhere. My biggest issue was practically everyone that worked there, with the exception of about two people. Everyone seemed miserable & annoyed to be working there. I was given attitude by almost everyone w/anything I asked like food/drinks. I was given the wrong info on breakfast so I had to scramble From the front desk, everyone at the bar and restaurant, and anyone I asked a question to. I didn't know I had to roll in my own stuff so I assumed they had bellhops when I saw luggage carts. When I asked the front desk, they were so bewildered that I even asked. I just said forget it and did it on my own. Every one seemed so bothered that by the first night I was nervous to order a drink or any food. I felt I was bothering them and felt the tension. Did not change rest of trip. Running out of room so the other stuff: Ants in room, roaches & a huge spider all over my stuff at pool. Cleaning services were not prompt I had to take out my own trash a few times. No food or drinks during 10-5 so I had to leave to go get stuff which so much for a relaxing vacation.

I had a nice stay here and would definitely come back. The staff were friendly and eager to help. My room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy, which was all I really needed. The furniture and decor weren’t the most exciting—definitely a bit worn—but everything worked just fine. I’d pass on paying for the in-house breakfast next time; there are tastier spots nearby.
