This hotel is very ‘tired’. The room was poorly decorated and equipped. There was scant space, furniture or facilities. There was no tea/coffee making facilities and apart from the beds little to sit on or do things.
The general atmosphere was dowdy and poor. We felt that for a very small uplift in rate we could have stayed in one of the corporate hotels and achieved much better value. The parking is underground and secure but at €20 per night extra just made the experience feel less good value.

I hardly got any sleep during the second night because the lift outside my room (201) was making very loud squeaking noises ever time it was beung used. I only realised it was the lift when I left. Will probably stay here again but not in a room next to the lift or in obe facing the street

A hotel which is in dire need of a good paint job and cleaning. Dirty matresses need changing, as well as broken light switches.
Only luke warm water in the shower and a moldy bathroom.
I am including a few photos to illustrate.
Needless to say i did not try the breakfast and was out of there as soon as possible!

Walls are paper thin, safe wasn't even bolted to the wall, bathroom was mouldy and overall the hotel could do with updating.

The staff has a very rude attitude
bed had human hair on pillow, they gave us a new room and there was hair again on the bed,
when asked for a new room or a refund all we got was attitude
we ended up staying in a different hotel

We had 5 nights at the Eden. Location is great near the station and many restaurants. Breakfast was not included which was a bit bummer. There were no minibar or cups in the room and pillow was terrible. However it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area so I guess you can't complain that much for that price (60e per night)

Eden was walking distance from the central train station and to many great restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Great value!

Decent sized clean rooms. Good value. Nice friendly staff. The rooms should have a blind as well as curtains, it is not very private.
