The reservation and check-in were easy and perfect. We were delighted with the service, menu choices, and food prep at the Tomahawk restaurant.
We were disappointed that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included.

The room was not very clean and the sheets needed to be changed on one bed. They looked very gray and dull. I did not feel that the room was cleaned properly.

The bathroom was not clean (hair in the bath tub) , empty shampoo container, empty body gel container. Awful!

The pool was great. Breakfast could have been explained better. And the included options should still be available if you already checked out. It was not my favorite experience, however, far from the worst as well.

The pillows were too big and inconfortable!
The plumbing in the bathtub with shower is very old and does not work very well, need to be replaced. The remote control of the television is lacking many usefull functions like; no guide to find out what is on,and the channel numbers do not match the listing provided by the hotel. The staff did not provide to my wife a paper invoice as requested. This hotel looks old and is average. Next time, if I have to pay 230 dollards per night, I will stay in Charlevoix instead of Saguenay.
