We arrived and they knew my name (based on my reported arrival time) very personable and friendly staff. Lobby is beautiful. Bar is nice too.

Advertised roof top bar and restaurant which was a big part of why we booked here. It was closed for a private party. very dissappointing. We could have been given notice.

We absolutely loved it! I traveled with my husband for the weekend. The hotel was so beautiful! Everyone was super attentive. I constantly received messages if we needed anything, housekeeping, we even got a welcoming message also a reminder what time to check in and check out. If I had a question or anything I would message and I would get a quick reply. The place itself is so beautiful! The bedroom is also really nice! We will definitely return!

Hotel was beautiful and staff was great. I had to ask for my bottle of champagne which was my upgrade. The room was nice but there was no hot water to take a shower. If there was hot water I would have def rated the hotel much higher

It was 12 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the mall. The rooftop pool was small but we were the only ones in it most of the time. The rooftop was very chic. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. The Wellington was chef’s kiss. The area felt safe.

My husband and I arrived late 10pm due to a flight delay and the hotel restaurant was already closed and it was difficult finding something to eat. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing from before I arrive to the end. They text me and asked what time I would arrive to have our room ready. They were always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. I love the overnight guy he is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the pool on the roof was a great plus. Hotel is very clean and in a good area. The only bad thing I can say is valet parking is sometimes nowhere to be found when you need them. The room lighting is also horrible for pictures or doing your makeup.

Wonderful stay. Spacious, clean, and met all of our family’s needs. The staff was nice. The only thing I would say is that I wish the pool was open later. Not a deal breaker though. It was quick to get in and out to our destinations. We felt safe the whole time. Would recommend and would stay again.

There was no hot water 4 of the 7 days I stayed there. Cleanliness of my room was spotty and internet/TV service I would rate a zero out of 10. Nor could I get help from the staff. There was no breakfast service in the hotel for the amount of money you pay to stay there this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here in the future.

The hotel itself is beyond gorgeous, artsy, and welcoming. All of the staff were welcoming and so friendly. Been to PR more than ten times and this was the best hotel I've stayed in.
