Couch was falling apart, leaving black flakes all over the room. Hide-a-bed unsupportive, Our 9 year old was sleeping with feet above his head. Had to sleep on the floor. Fridge did not work, never got below room temp. There was no pool or hot tub even though it was advertised that there was a pool and hot tub.

In the expedia listing it says pool and hot tub is included but, on the way to the room there is a sign that says pool/hot tub permanently closed. When turning the TV on.. it was just static but when you call down for help they tell you to push the channel button a few times and you will see channels and that did work. In the room it says you have about 50 channels but in reality there is 12. Also.. if you leave the TV on for more than 20 min the volume would quit working then you have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to work for another 20 min before having to do it all over again. I know it wasn't just our TV because the people down the hall from us had the same problems with both of their rooms. Our window was cracked but we had to open it because the air did not work the best. The parking lot at night is a big party with people drinking and really loud music and the next morning the vehicles are all gone, so i am not sure if they were even staying at the hotel or not. The side door to the hotel is left open 24/7 and there was a bat inside of the hall and the staff did not care at all. The complimentary breakfast is a waffle maker. Unfortunately for us this was a last minute trip and there was a really big car show going on that we did not know about so this was one of the more affordable options because the rest were $500 in the area for that weekend and we stayed for a few nights.. so this review is not off just one night.

I will never stay at this property again. The toilet seat was broken. The heat was on and our room did not cool off until 4:30 am. The staff barely spoke English. It was rundown and not well taken care of. The back entrance door was propped open with a rock and there was a bat flying in the stairwell that another guest was trying to capture to take outside.

The hotel wasn’t as advertised so we didn’t even get to stay there. I got a room for six and the rooms do not sleep sick. They advertise pool and hot tub and they did not have either.

When i arrived, a sign at the desk said pool and hot tub were permanently closed. I complained as i had 2 grand kids that were looking forward to swimming. She canceled my reservation, said i had to call the booki g agent which was impossible. Hopefully I won't be paying since there was false advertising.

This property post pictures of having a pool & it’s empty ! No running pool and sign at the door that easily missed. Their customer service desk was sketchy and their staff wasn’t helpful. We did demand a refund as this is poor advertisement.

The "suite" was filthy and smelled terrible. I doubt it had been vacuumed in a month. The bathroom was absolutely gross and moldy. The suite was just two rooms, one with beds and one with two chairs and a tv- no couch. I asked for a roll away and they did not have one or a couch in the room. I would never have paid extra for a "suite" if I knew there was no couch or pull out. The staff was just a step above rude. The pool was closed permanently (which was not advertised) and that was one of the main reasons I booked there.

In our room hole patched but not painted, television did not work cable box pulled out of the wall, smoke dry had trash over it in ceiling. Shower for someone 4 ft tall, breakfast was non existent only rolls and cereal, noisy!!! Heard people arguing till 2 am
