Staying here for the 2nd time. Overall happy for the price I paid, however I would recommend they add some food and update there rooms a little, both times showers not powerful, hardly gives out water, a little update will go a long way.
On the bright side, great staff, very clean, amazing free parking easily accessible.

This hotel undoubtedly doesn’t deserves the rating it is rated at. The neighborhood is bad, very far from the central areas of the city, the Wi-Fi practically doesn't work. Don't be fooled by the rating, I definitely don't recommend it!

In addition to the quality of service, the young man in reception (Ansi,,!) was so rude and disrespectful to the guests in front of my wife. Even he requested me a marriage certificate...!!!!!

It was cheap and very good. Close to the city center. Breakfast was one prepared plate. No lactose free milk. I still recommend.

It wasn't comfortable area for tourist because it was so far to kizilay center area and the lift wasn't work very well.

Courteous and accommodating. Upholding the fantastic Turkish tradition of the offer of Cay (tea) on arrival. This is something many other hotels seem to have forgotten yet it something that is so welcoming and important.

Its a nice clean hotel and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not all that, many items were missing and some served did not seem fresh.

Staff service was excellent: room upgrade after request and customized breakfast 9.5. Staff could have been proactive with giving better room as first room was a 6 with damp/moldy bathroom. Upgraded room was 10+ for the price paid. Exhaust in bathrooms might be a good idea to get rid of damp. Biggest FYI for future travelers would be road noise. Its right next to intersecting highways. Maybe an upper floor would've had less noise. Great slippers and window have nettings, also, personal AC units was a plus.Overall, I appreciate staff & management trying to make situation better. It's a solid 8, as long as a better room is given. Might need ear plugs and white noise to block out traffic noise.
