Staff at the front desk was great, room was clean and well stocked. My only issue was breakfast, it took forever for them to refill items. They stopped bringing out certain items way before breakfast was supposed to end so very little to chose from.

Bed very uncomfortable. A/C extremely squeaky. Room not very clean. Room wasn’t cleaned while we were there. Pool was nice. Check in was fine.

Hotel was great. Clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was “normal” hotel but not enough bacon! On the main drag of Cambridge so no view but not what we were there for. Will definitely stay again!!

Check-in was very hassle free, rooms were very affordable for their prices. Complementary breakfast was actually very decent compared to other hotels for sure. They go through rooms damn near every day & (atleast for me) the level of cleaning was thorough. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area

Went above expectations

Was a great property for what I needed of exploring Cambridge and participating in an event held at the conference center but at a more affordable price point. The location was great, room clean, staff helpful, and need very comfortable.

I did not like there was not an outdoor area to sit on a beautiful day; like maybe outside the indoor pool area where the grass is ; fence in and put tables, chairs some kind of seating. Place was great though!!! Beds so comfortable and staff very friendly!!!

I stayed for two nights. The first night was fine - quiet and seemed as if it would be a decent stay. However, the second night was the total opposite. The hotel has a “10:00 p.m. quiet policy” which is to be enforced nightly and is advertised on the property. Unfortunately, during my second night stay someone was playing loud music (with a lot of bass) starting at 10:00 p.m. and I called the front desk. They said they would go on the floor and check it out. Approximately, 15 minutes after my call, the music got louder and I called the front desk again and the person said that someone went on my floor in the hall and didn’t hear anything. I shared with the front desk person that you will not hear the loud music if in the halls but when in my room. I offered for the person to come to the room and they said (in a condescending tone) they were not allowed to come in rooms since they were the only person on staff. I totally understood not being able to come in the room, however, I was concerned about how long I was going to hear the loud music. Needless to say, the loud music played until 11:30 p.m. and I didn’t get to sleep until after 1:00 p.m. Therefore, I will never stay at this property (nor encourage others) again. While I was concerned about the loud music, what was more alarming to me was the lack of compassion and rudeness from the second front desk person. So while I cannot tell anyone where to spend their money and time, I can only share my truth.
