Location could not be more ideal if you like walking around the cute downtown area with plenty of options for food and drink.

Loved that it is waterfront and close to every thing in historic downtown

Unfortunately my bed seemed to roll outward and was not comfortable. Also the carpet stayed wet near the air conditioner unit. Other than those two issues it was a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The location was ideal.

This is our second time staying at this property. We were very impressed with the cleanliness especially the ladies in the breakfast room. Lots of options for breakfast, more than expected. Also they have a little snack in the evening and $3 beer and wine which was nice. We will be back.

Waited well past 4 pm check in time to get room BUT everything else was EXCELLENT! Room, breakfast, view and Keelie produced a wonderful stay. Could not have been happier

This hotel is a little gem in downtown Fernandina Beach. We’ve stayed here numerous times and are always happy with our choice. Spacious room/suite, delicious breakfast and free parking. Walkable for anywhere in the little downtown.

At check-in they gave me two suites, and I wanted adjoining rooms and one room with double beds. I was charged $50 for incidentals on the first room and two charges of $75. When I checked out there were issues again! The front desk clerk said one of the $75 charges was a pet fee for the second room. I told her that I entered that I would have a Shih Tzu with me, and that was the only animal that was listed (only animal that was with us)! When the lady tried to correct the issue there were three more $75 charges posted to my account. She said she was unable to close my folio at that time. I asked her to whom I would need to speak with about all of it, and she said Robert and some other man (did not catch his name). This was the worst check-in and check-out process I have ever had. I do not care to stay at that hotel chain ever again. She also stated that third parties reservations are always messed up, because the third party does not forward pertinent information.
