Not the nicest hotel. Lobby always seemed to have people hanging around in it and it is a small lobby. Didn't really feel the safest.

The hotel needs better cleaning, the room floor was sticky. It seems as they don’t do a good job keeping up the property

Door was locked and it took a long time to open it to check in I asked for iron table they didn’t have in room or extra one to use Shower head was leaking The tube was not clean Never again

We arrived late however i did list that on the special request note. First we can not check in. Due to the system updating. Then when they finally did get us a room. The ac/ heater disnt work, room was hot! Half the curtains were tore down, stains on the chairs. Took us 45 minutes to get a room i made a reservation for. Thr employees were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Then i noticed they ocer charged me by almost 20 bucks.

This is an old dingy and smelly facility. It’s the fact the room was filthy- floors were sticky and dusty. All glass surfaces had dusty film on them. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see out. I only stay one night because I arrived late and there was nothing available around the area.

this hotel was like home less shelter. people are sitting in the hallway on the floor . i stayed 3 night did not clean the room . there was no napkin or tissue in the first place .i went to get the toilet paper from the first desk. Very disappointed

The staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms were spacious but not very clean. Floors were sticky in kitchen area. Bathroom wasnt very clean trash on floor under sink area.

Old, dirty, and smelly rooms. The daughter had spoiled food in the fridge. Towels on the floor were left black when used.

It was reasonable though the property could use some upgrading, it shows some wear and tear.

Best price in the area. Microwave, stove. All u need.

Key cards kept not working, very dirty, toe nails on floor, towels turned black from the floor, shower head broken, dirty fridge, dirty sinks.

Horrible conditions- floor was filthy. Smell was nasty- cleaner smell overpowering. People sitting on the curbs- smoking near the doors- propping open the doors- because the keys don’t work. Air conditioning worked but there was still moisture in the room which made it I uncomfortable. Sheets were like burlap. The best were the two roaches that paid a visit to us this morning. One crawled in under the door from the hallway. At that point I said we were out of there. I booked for one night- did not look at the reviews- my big mistake. Immigrant housing facility- the most awful hotel experience.

Even the guy from the desk said it was horrible when he came to give us different room keys. Which took us to a room that had half a roll of toilet paper & at least a clean refrigerator. There was open tomato sauce in the cabinet, along with moldy hotdog buns, open boxes of food, etc... 2 different room and clearly not cleaned. A complete disgusting stay. If we hadn't already driven 7 hours to get there and were exhausted, we would have gone somewhere else to sleep. GROSS... I would never stay there again!

The rooms were dirty, the fridge was rusty and chipping, there was hair all over the air conditioning unit. It was musty, and the floor was sticky. We slept on top of the covers and kept our sandals on while we walked around the room. The service desk did not know what they were doing at check in, and the two attendants seem to get along. There was groups of people just sitting in the parking lot smoking and drinking.

The employees at the check in desk were friendly and helpful.
