I was a bit skeptical when booking this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly, the location is TOP NOTCH, and the rooms are large compared to other hotels.
The breakfast was average but it gets the job done.
I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the hotel and staff were too friendly
They even gave us a charger when airport lost our bags and by accident we brought it with us we are so sorry please contact us so we can either pay you or post it back

A fresh, clean, new hotel in the heart of Rovaniemi. We especially enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast and the shiny new bathroom!

Clean bright clean room with excellent facilities.
Breakfast facilities available. Huge range of breakfast food including hot and cold.
Definitely recommend.

It is conveniently situated from tourists sites, bus stop to the Santa Claus village, bus terminal etc.
The hot water making facility at the lobby is not free, but cup of hot water without tea bag is free, whiic is appreciated, however you have to inquire to get the informaion. It will be good if it is written somewhere near the hot water making facility. Thanks

The rooms are spacious, new and exceedingly comfortable. The sauna is amazing. . The breakfast buffet is wonderful and set in a glass atrium courtyard that will delight you. The staff is most helpful, going out of their way to help. The location is very convenient: right con the pedestrian promenade and close to numerous restaurants and not far from the train ( walkable)

Not very effective room sound isolation: it hear sounds from the road; curtains weren't able to completely stop sunlight entering the room during night in June causing some sleeping problems. Complete sweet and salty breakfast, also with local products; the meals and service in the adjoining restaurant were excellent too. Otherwise it is great city center hotel to recommend!

The front desk staff make you feel welcome immediately and they are extremely nice and professional. I will return to Rovaniemi and I will stay there again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good—right in the city center.
However, it seems that the beds are old, well-worn and not supportive (the bed would sink in the middle). This led to a very stiff back each night of my stay.

the location is good. A lot of shops and eateries. There's a river behind this location, i could catch some sunrise, which is so beautiful view. It could be better if there are some smile on the receptionists' faces....

Bathroom is extremely small, no amenities such as toothbrush or slippers provided at all. Housekeeping was non-existent. Breakfast was chaotic with the flock of tourists

Hotel clean and comfy but poor customer service in restaurant got order wrong, a very under cooked burger, cremated chips and my wifes dinner dish never arrived with our mains … staff seem to not care or be bothered instead offering excuses … waited over one hour for food folk arrived after us eat before us why 🤔🤔🤔🤔
