As you entered the hotel, you can smell the aroma of cleaning products which is great. Not to much space in the bedroom or bathroom area. The bed pillows need to be replace, firmness has been worn out. Room was very clean. Breakfast, the oatmeal and sausages was the only good thing from the breakfast hot bar. Waffle was not appealing, taste like an ingredient was missing. I wish the Breakfast was similar to Springhill in Winter Park Florida. All staff members were friendly also helpful from checking in process to checking out.

But there was no communication about it at all. I checked out the following day. Still no power and no word. The bed was hard but the pillows were good quality and comfortable. The room was clean enough but not laid out well. There was a nice big sofa sleeper but you couldn't view the TV sitting on the sofa comfortably. You had to be sitting on the bed to see the TV well.
I won't stay at this particular hotel again.

Very nice staff and easy check-in. Quiet in the room. I accidentally left my charger when I checked-out but was able to recover it the next afternoon.

This has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in the US and I’m a US citizen. Usually I bring in my container of disinfecting wipes to clean the floor and shower walls. This place was spotless and I’m including in the corners and the base of the floors. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I may just limit all my vacations to Altamonte Springs. 😀

I stay at this location every time I am in Orlando. Rooms are great and very clean, staff is amazing, close to the highway, right by a mall and great restaurants. Love this location.

Weekend stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The grounds were clean, the room was clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee is great. I would stay here again. We came to visit Harry Leu gardens so it wasn’t far from that for us.

Rooms seemed cramped. Hard to see tv from the bed. One tv for sitting area and bedroom and couldn’t turn it directions. Hair dryer was broke and had to go downstairs to get a new one.
