The young man working the beak overnight had headphones on, ignoring phone calls from rooms. My self and several others from the second floor had to walk to the lobby at 1am for a noise complaint/party in a room on the floor.

Our stay was outstanding. We traveled with 2 small dogs and they gave us a room close to the exit. Everyone was very friendly.

We had a non-stop barking dog the first night. The next day while getting ready a roach was found in an open clothing bag and had scurried out under the bed once uncovered. Trash was overflowing in the hallways, which made an awful smell. We were moved rooms after the dog barking and both rooms had no wash clothes. Desk staff was nice about the incident and said they’ve never had a bug complaint. They do now.

The hotel was easy to find. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our room, but the staff quickly got us into a new room that was right across the hall. Will definitely stay at this hotel again! Highly recommend!

The room had been smoked in and they left a machine in the room trying to clear the air. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and the shower had black and reddish material growing in it. Phone didn’t work. Coffee in the morning was tepid at best. Towels were so rough you could sand drywall with them.

Had a good rest there but bed was past it's prime. Only one night there so it was ok. The toilet was loose and the lighting in the bathroom was very bright with no way to dim at night.

Was close to highway and exactly what we needed. Safe. Accommodating overnight lodging with breakfast.

The property was very good and priced fairly. The staff was helpful and courteous. Being handicapped I had only one complaint and that was not necessarily the fault of the staff. The luggage carts were not available at 4 AM when we left. Had to Move our belongings by hand from the third floor. Guests should be advised to return carts to the lobby or at least leave them in the hall.

staff was excellent. Room was clean. They were resurfacing the road in front of the hotel, so loud and dusty. Just unfortunate timing, the hotel has no control over that. Would recommend again

The pool was nice and my room got "upgraded" from a king to a double queen. One of the sheets had a small stain on it but we weren't using it. The staff is nice and the room was spacious. Overall, I would book here again.

The only negative comment would be that it is not sound proof. I work nights and sleep during day. On Sunday there was lots of slamming doors and vacuuming. Not much sleep that day

The location has great access to Hwy 44 and you can get where you need to go easily.

The late arrival was greeted with a lock door. I has to call the front desk to get in. What happened if I don’t have a phone to call?! Also I was told La Quinta changed their policy that they are charging pet fee? It’s free before? I could have other choices!
