Pleasant ambience and quiet experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Exemplary service. Clean rooms. Meal spread in buffet is great and delicious on weekends as compared to weekdays. Ala carte menu is also good. Great getaway place for family to unwind and relax.

The property was very convenient located in front of the main road in Agra, but this perhaps could be a bad thing if you happens to choose a room not facing to the pool (as we did), Indian loving for the horn will stay up until late night. The pool was very good, and the view from the roof terrace to the Taj Mahal was great.

The hotel seems not expecting us. The room attendant advised us he is in training. When we walked into our room, the bathroom didn’t have any of toothpaste toothbrushes face towels. We requested to be in higher floors and we were told the higher floors are being renovated. However, we had an amazing dinner. The chef and the restaurant staff are exceptionally professional. The food was delicious cooked to perfection.

We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property.

The management was excellent and staffs were well trained, polite and friendly. Manager Mr. Ali was highly professional person, he promptly took care of any needs. The breakfast was excellent.

We love the Taj hotels . This was our second stay at Taj view Agra. It is lovely and a great place to stay when visiting the Taj Mahal. Service was excellent. The roof top bar has stunning views of the Taj and is delightful. Can strongly recommend it.

Fantastic staff - really proactive and pleasant. Good value although food and drink expensive. On a busy road - go for a pool view which are lovely- so didn’t particularly enjoy walking out in the evening but didn’t try the other direction which may be better. Good views of Taj from rooftop.

There is no way this is a 5 star hotel the staff at the desk are extremely rude, the bed was absolutely filthy covered in black hairs from the previous guests and stains on the sheets. The tap water was a musty colour, the room service is hideous the food on offer is absolutely disgusting for the price they charge. The windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in years and the pool water smelt of pee. The only staff that are friendly is the door man and the lady offering welcome drinks. Also be prepared to get filthy looks when you ask for currency exchange that isn’t dollars. The hotel is maximum 3 stars at a push

The property was nice. In the roof is a cafe where you can see the Taj. The breakfast buffet was large and had good variety. They also had some vendors in the lobby whose prices were reasonable. The pool is clean. It was not heated. In the evening, the mosquitoes come out. We went to dinner across the street which was very convenient. I would recommend
