The heat did not work and it was 27 degrees

The living room area had a musky smell. Found a live roach in bathroom. Killed it. Breakfast was fantastic. The weather had quickly got very cold so the heated pool was chilly. And all staff i encountered were very polite and friendly.

I was very disappointed with this Embassy Suites. The accommodations were very uncomfortable. The hotel controlled the temperature controls and they did not adjust for the 20-40 degree weather. Rooms thermostats could not go beyond 72 and was blowingcold air. My poor elderly parents were freezing the entire time. They changed rooms 3 times. The staff did provide a space heater but too much money was paid to be in a cold room. The dining area was also cold because it was near the entrance. This made the lackluster breakfast buffet even less appealing. Ice machines were disgusting. The only saving grace was the staff. Most of them made a good effort to provide good service. Embassy suites is just not worth the price anymore. Disappointment in the chain is becoming the norm.

Room did not have a nice clean scent. When I walked in the room it smelled like stinky feet. Pillows smelled sweaty. Everything seemed dated. The main entry door glass was very dirty and the rugs were dirty.

Breakfast was good...what you expect from an Embassy Suites hotel. The not so good: we REALLY needed wifi and it wasn't working at all. When my husband went down to the front desk for help, they didn't apologize or offer any help at all which left us in a bind. We had a young child with us who wanted a bath but the bath wouldn't hold any water (kept draining). And they raved about the free happy hour but it was a pitiful display of cheese and crackers and goldfish. And I was annoyed that they charge $10 for parking. The hotel isn't in a city, it's the burbs...there is absolutely no need to charge for your car to be with you. This hotel also could use a cosmetic update -- it feels very 1990's. Overall not a bad stay but wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

First, they gave me an occupied room, went down to exchange the key. Second room smelled like mildew. Third room was fine. The hotel smelled like mildew but the second room was awful. To make up for the trouble they gave me a $50 voucher to the hotel’s restaurant.

The fact that my suite was downgraded cause the bathroom shower when turned on water shooting out the wall flooding the floor and the bathroom sink was draining with chips of black in the sink I should’ve been credit back some funds wasn’t worth what I paid for

Overall stay was good. The front desk check in was very good. The lady greeting us was very professional and kind.
Room was clean but I felt needed a little updating.
The shower water temp was not as hot as I had hoped.
The breakfast was amazing and made to order omelettes were yummy.

The room was old. The furniture was stained and needs to be replaced. The shower was moldy and stained in the tub. We had to get our own linens. We were given 3 washcloths for 6 people. We spent an hour getting access to the internet that should be a click of a button. The pool had so much chlorine the kids eyes burned. The employees cared more about smoking then checking us in. Even though we were given a room key we were not checked in and that's why we didn't have an internet code. My advise would be to stay at other hotels and see how it is done. The breakfast staff was rude as if we were eating their own food. We will never stay at embassy suites again and this was the most expensive room!

I expect a lot from Embassy and have had some great stays! - but this time, they did not deliver. I believe the air conditioner was broken (it only cooled down 2 degrees over night). The wallpaper was peeling in the bedroom and bathroom. The toilet was really low - like a child-sized toilet at a daycare facility. The bathtub had something in the bottom of it (looked like mold - but when I tried to rub it out, it just stayed) - we refrained from bathing since we would be home the next day.
