Staff was very informative in recommending local restaurants. We loved Ricks, which required detailed directions as it was off the beaten path and without a lit sign at night.

Room smelled very musty and carpet was dirty but bathroom and beds were clean

This property was very poor. There was trash still in the room under the bed. Multiple lights in the bathroom had burnt out and not been replaced, the tv and lamps were not plugged in, and the shampoo dispensers were empty. Overall a very poor experience at this location and not the quality that I would expect from. Comfort Inn. Would not recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times required my room to be changed twice. This time the breakfast was horrible literally water in the eggs. Also there was mold in vents in both the rooms. Explains why I always have a headache. The staff is nice. This place needs to be updated and cleaned deeply,

Had a little hiccup with the pool being closed for 2 days, but the manager Dee was very accommodating. Quiet and peaceful stay. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Will stay again

Stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before the attendant decided to put her phone down and get me checked in. Then once she did finally notice me after ringing the bell she was rude and short as if I was an inconvenience to her and wasting her time.
The room was very old and outdated and smelled of soured linens. A/C barely worked, changes made at either the wall or the unit made very little difference. The TV did not work at all.
100% chance I will never book this hotel again, I would much rather sleep in my truck next time.

Coffee pot and ice bucket in bathroom, toilet seat broke, thermostat was non functioning. Staff blocking elevators, were not very friendly. Big disappointment after staying in Panama Beach Comfort Inn.

The room smelled of feet I had to go buy air freshener there was no other rooms available there was a rag left from previous tenants hanging on shower curtain couldn’t use the closet it was rust everywhere and it smelled of pee so just left my stuff in my suitcase also looked as if Somone killed a bug on the wall and smeared it and just left it there. I wasn’t really happy for 300$ but it is what it is.

The stay was for a basketball ball tournament for the weekend, we stayes in a suite. It was comfortable to a certain extent. For being a suite it was small compared to others. Smelled a little musty, however when we turn the air on it went away. Breakfast was a hit for the kids. It was a good stay over all
