Room was tidy and location was good, no working air con so room was extremely hot unless balcony window was open. Staff checking in was lovely but unfortunately checking out was as polite. The beds weren’t overly comfy but done the job for 2 nights

Very happy with stay. Very clean room. Only complaint was that the shower was extremely small in the room. Oherwise everything was good.

Mold in the bathroom was very noticeable but otherwise was quite clean and functional. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay at Ambassador. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and comfortable. Shower was really good. The only things that let the stay down is that the walls are really thin and I could hear the couple next door being intimate first thing in the morning. Also, breakfast was TERRIBLE. Do not bother with that. I had a cup of tea (using my own tea bags as theirs looked cheap and weak) and an apple. There was barely any choice and the host checking guests in for breakfast was busy stuffing her face behind the bar and talking with her mouth full, really unwelcoming.

Excellent location. The staff were great. They changed my bedroom due to air conditioning .
They need to do something regarding of the bad smell coming out particularly from the washroom.

This hotel is well located. The rooms are sparcy decorated and very small but very clean (super important) and the bathrooms were nice.

This was a nice hotel in Monaco and good value for the price- especially compared to most hotels nearby. The rooms were comfortable. The front desk staff was a bit harsh answering questions & asked me to pay for an extra guest to have a friend help me bring my luggage to the room. They were helpful with storing my bags after I checked out for a few hours.
The areas was nice and close to many things

Bathroom is excellent, really good shower. Iron was available on request. Unfortunately the air con was incredibly loud, almost like a washing machine was in the room. It really ruined my sleep, we had to turn it off and then the room was very hot. However, for a hotel in Monaco, it’s a good price.

The front desk person on checkin couldn’t have cared less. She did everything she possibly could to avoid checking me in, including (literally) shuffling papers until the other checkin person had finished with the person ahead of me.
The room was tiny and I almost could get into the shower because the door was so small.
I get that Monaco real estate is massively expensive but I’m sure you can do better at any other place than this

Great location near Place d'Armes bus stops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful reception. Our air conditioner didn’t seem to work, but we did not call for assistance and opened the balcony door instead. Not a luxury place, but was comfortable and clean.

A great accommodation option in Monaco. Simple hotel, but with an excellent location in Monaco. A few meters from the train station. the room is quite small. Considering the average accommodation values in Monaco, this hotel delivers what it promises. Affordable cost considering other accommodation options in the city!

We used this hotel for one night before getting on a cruise ship. Great and continent for that purpose tut I would not recommend it for a longer stay.
