Great stay. It's a shame there was no EV parking as advertised though as this was the reason we booked this hotel. Free parking was on the street and advised to remove all belongings from the car - wasn't very practical late at night and could perhaps do with safer parking. Breakfast average but staff were very helpful.

The room, decor, comfort and condition were incredibly good. Breakfast was perfect.
It made for a memorable stay for all the right reasons.

Overall a good hotel. The staff are very helpful and make ur stay worthwhile. Located opposite a large garden.

Overall very nice hotel with comfortable rooms located near a huge park. There are few free parking spaces available but a Parkade is available across the street. Grenoble is also a beautiful city. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful city of Grenoble surrounded by the French Alps… hotel was spotless…luxurious room linens and amenities…helpful front desk staff…..- no restaurant open on Saturday lunch/dinner; shower was great but the floor was extremely slippery…

it was a lovely hotel - really great decor - staff helpful BUT there is no onsite parking - and it is right in the centre of Grenoble - so when we arrived even getting near the hotel was tough - we had to park in the taxi line to go and register - the parking was in a public carpark - not too far away - but what a let down when we just arrived early evening - but othewise it was good inside - nice staff- their restaurant is actually a Brasserie - and they told us it was 5-10 mins walk - so off we go - and cannot find it - we had walked the 10 mins and nothing - in fact it was even further up the road - so this was disappointing but they did do a small menu at the hotel which was good enough - nice wine - nice staff - glittering hotel - a lot of mirrors!

Nice looking hotel in terms of the rooms and lobby. Seemed a bit dis-jointed on the service side. Nice as can be - but as if they weren’t operating on all cylinders.

We satayed in this nice hotel but next time in Grenoble I will stay a little far away from downtown. Grenoble is a very big city and with heavy traffic. Nice town!

Spending the month in France and sightseeing on the weekends. Grenoble is a nice town, easy to get around, lots of shops and restaurants.

Overall fine, good location and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old and rundown so a few updates could really help make it feel better maintained

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. It is a quaint hotel across street from large park. The lounge and food offered is excellent. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
