Very good hotel, the food for breakfast was good and whilst a little out of town, it's a short easy walk in. Overall a great hotel for the price.

From the outside it just looks like a basic hotel, but it exceeded my expectations! Really cute rooms with a pop of color. So comfortable and very spacious. The service team was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We liked the people who are working there, especialy Joachim and the lady at breakfast, the lady at the frontdesk ( morning and afternoon ) and Sarah at the bar in the evening. The hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and big enough. Slept well on the beds. The parking lot is a big problem though, not to blame the hotel for that, because they asked the government to get and buy more ground for creating more parking space, but they do not let them buy the ground. Think this is crazy , because the government does not do anything with this ground. Sad for the hotel, because they cannot give the service for enough parking space to the guests.

The availability of parking is limited and parking a mile away in a car park with no security was a concern. The hotel made up for it with the service of its barman, Kenan. He is a credit to the hotel because of his professionalism and friendliness.

Disappointingly this hotel does not have sufficient car parking spaces and the next option is a ten minute walk away and by car a one way system to cope with. Rather a long walk into trier too.

Good location on river, not too far to walk to the main sites and really nice river walk just behind hotel. No mini fridge which is tough for travellers. Also parking is a pretty cramped and not guaranteed. Breakfast was great, staff was really nice and helpful. Would stay there again if I was in Trier.

A pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to the centre of Trier.
Only negative is the breakfast fruit juice which I am sure contains no fruit whatsoever.
