So many restaurants to choose from and the food and staff were excellent!

They try to sell one of those share time. And they even force their way in to the sale, i wasn't interested since the beginning, and the salesmen got mad to me and blow me over, got mad to me because i didn't agree to buy the time share, and then, i notice the service got bad, it was all inclusive and they never refill my fridge, i have to keep asking fort them to refill and they didn't, aslo the beach is clean private but it is a lot of stones and coral, is no place to swim or relax due the risk of been troun against the coral rift. Bottom line. My experience wasn't the best😪😪😪

We have families trip for 3 nights at this place and experienced terrible service started from rude receptionist , inconvenience room arrangement , this hotel is very old and not remodeled up to current level no usb pot for charging phone, our luggage was not put in the room took 4 hours to call them and get the luggage , for the transportation they charge a lot cheaper of money to get 20 minute ride
Most importantly the food over there was terrible , breakfast and lunch they only offer outdoor seating with lots of fry all over your food

Our stay was enjoyable. The food needs to be reviewed as flavor is missing on a lot of the dishes. One of the major issues for me was the temperature of the pool. Yes, it was really hot but going into the pool felt like a Jacuzzi so having some sort of temperature adjustment to cool the pool of some sort will be beneficial because, you go into the pool to feel refreshed, but it was the total opposite

The location of our room was great. Close distance to restaurants, elevators, pools and beach. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. Small problems with central AC or electricity were fixed within timely matter. We have experienced great nightly entertainment. The show "Viva Mexico" settled by the beach was the best. Food was great, authentic and show itself was beautiful. Staff was excellent, very attentive to guests. However, the area where breakfast was served should be much colder since some of the dishes were melting and did not look appealing to consume.

They advertised the resort as a 5-star hotel, but it’s more accurately a 3.5- or 4-star property at best. The resort is 30 years old, and the pictures on Expedia don’t accurately represent its current condition; it looks much older in person. One of the reasons we booked this resort was the expectation that golf would be included, but they charge $200 per person for tee times. The food was average, with only 1 or 2 decent restaurants out of the 9 available. Additionally, the buffet wasn’t open all day, which was inconvenient. It’s unrealistic to expect guests to adhere to specific meal times when they might be hungry at other times. The room service menu is also quite limited, lacking options like wings, fruits, or fresh smoothies. It seems they’ve cut corners on food quality. Overall, we probably won’t return, and it’s definitely not a 5-star hotel
