This hotel was wonderful and the location was unbeatable! We were on the harbour, and our balcony overlooked the port. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with many choices!

We only stayed one night but we had a nice room although very small. It may have been one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in but it was bright and clean as was the bathroom. The location was in the quiet end of the harbor making it great for dining and walking and shopping but also quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was decent.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful especially Vasilis , he explained how to get around and also recommended delicious restaurants in the area. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

We were welcomed with beautiful and warm smiles . We stayed 5 nights and every night we had a question and needed assistance, each night the front desk receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly . Our room was always cleaned nicely. The breakfast was delicious and service great. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Chania again . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property to stay at on the water beautiful

Incredible location and wonderful staff make this a perfect base from which to explore Chania Old Town. There are a couple of bicycles available (only a couple) and you can ride to the nearby beach for a swim. The hotel can help you rent a car, arrange tours, and find activities nearby - every recommendation I got was excellent. If you can, be sure to book a sea view room, and do it directly with the hotel! I made my reservation with Expedia, and I did not get the sea view room I wanted despite paying for it (the site claims I did not make this selection, but I am absolutely positive that I did). The city view rooms are a little depressing and claustrophobic, but the wonderful management and staff made it pleasant to be out of the room enjoying the gorgeous view, the people watching, and the excellent breakfast from the hotel.

Really nice hotel in probably the best location in Chania. Everything spotlessly clean, very helpful friendly staff, excellent food quality. Great bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. Car park was useful too!
