The bathroom door didn't close
So it pretty awkward doing your buisness. Also no ventilation fan in the bathroom. So the door doesnt close and no fan; god forbid if both of have to go number 2. Goodness
A plus that it was right across the stree from the beach; so location was pretty on point

The room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk agents only apologized. They didn’t offer to clean the room, get air fresheners, nothing. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Sure, it is a budget property, but if you are looking for a clean bed close to the beach this fits the bill perfectly.
For us it was a one night stop to go to a Blackberry Smoke concert 2 miles up the road at The St Augustine Amphitheater. One of our favourite music venues and an amazing show.
Will stay here next time if the price is right as it saves the 2 hour plus late night drive back to Kissimmee.

The staff was polite and very professional. Although the property was in St Augustine Beach and was visit right after two storms skirted the area, the property was clean and any minor damage cleared and neatly stacked.

Staff at check in were super nice and helpful! We were attending a concert at the amphitheater. Salt Life restaurant is next door. We were expecting it to be overpriced and fried but food was surprisingly good. There is a local trolley you can take around the area and on concert days have a $10/person round trip shuttle. If you are looking for an affordable stay close to the beach or attractions and a place to lay your head at night, this is your place. Would stay here again!

Brian is truly the best manager I have encountered this year, I am very impressed. He even called me on my cell to ask if I was ok because he knew I was riding my bicycle to the hotel. 5 stars plus!!!

I will definitely come back. The staff is super friendly and informative. Everything was good except that there was a moldy smell. There were one or two cosmetic issues but overall a great place. Love the price and location!

2 star hotel across the street from the beach in St Augustine..great location. Appears rooms were remodeled in the past few years, but found tile floors were very dirty, as well as padded chair. Also, floor lamp didnt work. The rates were good for the location, but cleanliness needs improvement

The staff was incredibly kind. However we were in a non smoking room and throughout the night, we felt a strong marijuana smell coming from the room next door or downstairs that was filtrating through our AC. This unpleasant smell caused us to not be able to rest.

Easy access to the beach and it has just been built back up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could use a little repair touch up, nothing major. Parking spaces need to be restripped. Overall very pleased with it. Will stay there again next time we go.
