Stayed at this hotel twice on my last vacation to Illoilo, we really enjoyed the hotell and great breakfast buffet with kind staff, will definetly come back here next time im in philippines again, short walk to shopping center, some loud music from the pubs outside but this was informed by hotell so no surprise

My family really enjoed staying at Zuri hotel.
It is very accesible to a big mall, since the location ofvthe hotel is just beside the biggest mall. They enjoyed the overlooking pool day and night and they have an awesome free breakfast. Overall i highly recommended ZURI Hotel

Booked for my family. They all enjoyed their stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has comfomfortable bed, good breakfas and just beside the mall. But the best of all is the customer service of the staff. Thank Zuri hotel❤️

Service was amazing. Really friendly staffs especially the Ken from the bar by the pool. The swimming pool offers great views of the city! Definitely will come back and highly recommend

Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean. (Changed two rooms because of separate bookings.) Very close to a shopping mall, SM CITY ILOILO. Variety of delicious food for breakfast buffet 👌👍. We’ll be back in the future for sure. Keep it up!

When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled by Expedia, even though they took my money. I found myself on the other side of the world with no place to stay after 2 days of traveling. Thankfully, the kind staff at the hotel agreed to allow me to stay and they would pursue the matter with Expedia on my behalf. I highly recommend this hotel for that reason alone but they gave me plenty of other reasons to rate them 10/10.

Great place to stay. Has parking, great rooms, restaurants, and a pool and gym. Exercise machine was broken however.

Good price ratio but Extremely packed, lack of service not enough for the Number of people. Cannot use swimming pool as too crowded by not very well educatore people staying inside quite dressed....

The Hotel seems very warm. Some areas of the hotel smells wired esp. 2nd floor.
