Great hotel - super clean with wonderful amenities and great breakfast

I don’t normally leave a comment but this time I have to so everyone will be aware. As soon as we get in the room, we smell something but we ignored it, after an hour my daughter said my they left a dirty diaper in the trash! I said no wonder. Didn’t leave us an extra liner for the garage. When we asked the front desk, at around 10pm 7/27 she's kind of rude, we have 3 trash cans in the room, she just gave us 1 pc, they said on the note on the bathroom, they clean the room every other day, so when it’s time to clean the room, they just literally took the garbage and never put any trash liner, they replaced few towels only, never clean the room at all, didn’t even give us a toilet paper. The sheets smelled like someone on it before us, because we saw hairs and lashes on the bed. I have high expectation because the hotel looks new. We stayed 3nights. Food is okay.

This hotel is very nice and clean staff very friendly with a outdoor pool very close to the airport spent A weekend here and was very satisfied

The hotel was great. Big rooms and very clean. Only complaint is we checked in at 3:00 am and asked for a late check out. They said to check back with them in the morning. When we did ask in the morning they said there were no more late checkouts available. Very frustrating given our late arrival.

The young lady at the fromt desk was helpful and nice. Everything was great except when i was trying to checkout. The front desk person wasnt there to checkout, when i called to make sure he email a receipt he was sleep. I haven't received my receipt yet

I travel a lot and I have to say that I was truly impressed by this hotel. I had never stayed in a Home 2 by Hilton and the service, cleanliness and comfort were truly superb. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette fully equipped (just like you would expected in an Airbnb). The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They have 2 great grills by the pool and as Argentinians my husband and I can never pass the opportunity to barbacue! The pool is not very big but enough to have a good time. We were on a business trip but I would say that this place is perfect for families traveling with small children and on a budget.

My Air conditioner went out on Friday night, and the people above me were extremely noisy all night long

New construction, very clean and orderly. Comfortable, spacious suite met all my needs. Pet, pool, breakfast, accessible, with smile.

New hotel, it was nice. The spanish young lady at the breakfast area was super nice. The only thing was the check in, the service was not hilton standards, she was dry and short, if she was paid by smile and servixe, she is not banking. Not the best first impressions. We stay at least once a month at different hiltons and this is the first time we encounter poor customer service.
