Just a short distance from the boardwalk/promenade, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. With the property's convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 3-minute drive to Gocek Public Square or the 4-minute drive to Gocek Marina.
After you return, you can unwind by the seasonal outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi.
As you settle into the place, you'll find luggage storage and air conditioning. You can also use the rainfall showerhead, plus other bathroom amenities like towels, slippers, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

House is nice and big. Pool is cold. Blankets thin. The pool is a little noisy and you could hear and see the cars on the highway which was actually kind of entertaining. Setting was peaceful. Soap would be helpful and batteries needed in Klima remote but a/c works well. Furniture was nice inside and out. Overall very clean and we enjoyed it wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner.
