If you are a team of three people and you are planning to sleep on the sofa, better rethink of it. Totally unbearable, although I consider myself an easy to sleep person. If we step aside the sofa, room was satisfactory in terms of aesthetic and functionality. An other disadvantage is the location. No view at all unless your room is somewhere above 10th floor. A constant noice, I couldn't result whether was internal or from the chimneys in front of us. Let alone, the neighboorhood, not at all an easy place to return after sunset. Breakfast not that much of a variety or a quality, satisfactory though. Staff (all but one) willingfull, polite and helpfull! Room cleaning and bed linen change completely satisfactory.

Went to Pokemon Go fest in Randall's Island on Saturday. Enjoyed the breakfast on both days. Only thing i didn't like was trying to get to breakfast on Sunday because the elevators were always full. Also always smelled feint smell of skunkweed in hallways, i know you're a non-smoking hotel and people were probably vaping but i just don't like that smell. But we did have an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Very good stay. Room was clean and very functional. Personnel where pleasant and helpful. Location was ok train was a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but the guys are great

Looks to have been recently refurnished. A trash/recycle can is placed too close to the bed and has a sharp edge. Got a nasty deep bloody gash on lower leg when hitting it coming out of the bed. Suggested they relocate those receptacles.

This was our first time in New York, and this location was close to the train station. We were able to get around very quickly from this location. The breakfast was always fresh and different daily. I would stay here again. Thank you to all the front lobby/bar kitchen staff, fellas, and ladies for making our vacation an excellent New York experience. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous time!

Big rooms with equipped kitchen, Excellent for long stays. Very close to Manhattan by subway. Great service Average breakfast, (for non-Americans) :it includes a lot of sugar, not quality coffee and no vegetables at all.

Hotel is super cool . Natasha is the super star of reception. So friendly and helpful. One small negative point - breakfast area too small for that big hotel .

It is super nice and clean ! Rooms are super nice but the only way to get out and around is by lyft/ uber. It does not feel safe at all to walk around at night especially.
