My first impression of la Quinta was not good. On hotels.com I chose the option to pay at the location when I arrived. However I noticed that the hotel kept running my card to pay for the room MULTIPLE HOURS BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED. Because my card wasn’t in travel mode yet, my card kept declining it. I noticed that the tried to run my card over three times. I called and explained that I did the option to pay at the hotel. The front desk staff said they don’t do that and I needed to pay now over the phone if they will give my room away. I had placed this trip months in advanced and was worried they were going to give my room away. I ended up giving my credit card number over the phone which made me very uncomfortable because of the lack of security this offers. I was not happy with doing this at all and honestly really gave me a bad impression with the la Quinta hotel chain.

This hotel was well worth the money. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent each morning and the staff were very attentive. Would stay there again and would recommend it.

Fantastic property except for the goofball fitness center hours. Why start at 8AM? For anyone that is going to Zion and needs to be there by 730, this makes the facility useless for the morning. That is a big reason we stayed in the first place. Would also be nice if they considered amenities with park travelers in mind. Water bottle filler in the lobby would be a great start.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. One issue bathroom light switch is not illuminated. Hard to find in the middle of the night. Otherwise, beautiful facility and staff.

Clean, spacious, dog friendly room. Powerful shower, plenty of towels, soap dispensers instead of disposable containers. Full breakfast buffet with variety of choices including real eggs, sausage patties, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc.

W were very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were VERY cold. We asked for them to be turned in and they said they would but even the next morning they were still cold. What’s the point of offering a hot tub and pool if they’re cold during the colder fall months?

Everything was perfect! Check in was great - breakfast great - room amenities great - location great - customer care great! The only thing was our room and our friends room did not receive daily housekeeping.

I had a non Tesla ev rental and they not only have Tesla destination chargers, but also have the adapters for my Chevy Bolt euv! That was life saving! Thank you Rocky!

We really enjoyed the La Quinta location. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were great (though the hot tub could have been a little warmer). Location was close enough to Zion that the value for the price was much better than hotels right in Springdale. We found some great dining options in Hurricane, right nearby.

Noisy, you can hear people talking in both sides of rooms. Main door in my room has a gap on the bottle side of the door. I can hear people dog talking and walking in the hallway.

Nice standard hotel. Good for a night when passing on a roadtrip. Very nice and friendle staff. Good sized clean room. We ate at River Rock Roasting Company. That was amazing.
