Made this reservation over a week in advance and went to yellowstone with family (little to no service) was on our way to the hotel and got a notification of a missed call from earlier (no voicemail) Called the number and it rang once and was disconnected and sent to vm. Called 4 times. Finally got a call baxk when we were 15 mins out saying they didnt know what time I'd be checking in (said 7-8 pm when i made the reservation) and they cancelled my reservation and sold the room! Literally left us with nowhere to stay at the last minute! Ended up staying at a really nice resort in Bozeman that was 5 stars! Will NEVER even consider booking here or ever staying here. HORRIBLE customer service! I've seen other reviews saying this happened to them as well. Also still had the AUDACITY to charge my card (disputed it and was credited back thankfully) and I didnt get the cancelation notice until the next day.

Clean comfortable place to stay, but do not expect anything fancy. Everything is done via text messages and phone calls. Not sure I like that much, but it seems to work.

Second time staying here. Both times have been great. Really nice rooms. Clean. Nice towels and beds. Incredibly friendly staff and owners. Don’t be fooled by the outside. This is a little gem.

I talked to Daniella the morning of our stay, and met her when we arrived in the evening! She was friendly and efficient…even after an obviously long day! The room was clean, bed comfy. Daikon heating/AC ( definitely an upgrade from the “classic” systems! We loved the western theme and the tongue-in-cheek photos 😁 I tried to post photos, but can’t get them to load 😖

Clean, quiet inside, updated, and very comfortable. The parking lot was not in good shape and you could hear freeway traffic when outside the property but once inside it was completely quiet.

Very nice room and great amenities. Owner was easy to reach and very friendly. I would recommend this motel.

Really cool room setup and definitely had the mountain/ ranch flair although it being in town and close to everything. Very cool place to check out and stay very nice people. We would definitely recommend it!

Liked the small family business, non-motel chain character of the place. It was clean and comfortable and friendly, and everything worked and was in good condition (even with the apparent age); the manager was personable and processional as well. We’d be happy to return.

The bed could use improvement but other then that it was clean.

This hotel was much nicer inside than it looked from the exterior. It is right on the highway, but not noisy and while it looked very old, the inside was clean and comfortable.
