Clean, bright, quaint boutique hotel located close to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay while you run around for meetings. Easy check-in, easy check-out and the front desk staff are so nice!

The staff was prompt and helpful when we ran out of supplies like shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. They did a great job cleaning the rooms and parking was great. It would’ve been nice to have more options for the continental breakfast though.

Stay was very comfortable. Take note that if you get assigned a second floor room there will be quite a few stairs to climb from the underground parking to your room. Otherwise, room was clean and was equipped with what you need to enjoy a stay. I will be coming back.

This place needs to stop buying cheap stuff to kaje it look good. Floors coming up. Toilet cracked as i sat on it (im not large) drawer handles coming off. The staff is the only reason why i didn't leave. They're great and know the owners are cheap

Cleanliness

For a stopover place, it served its purpose. Room facing the PCH street side has traffic sounds all night. Disappointed that the ice machine was out of service. Wakeup call came an hour later than I had requested. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

It was fine. Pictures of the rooms made it look nicer than it actually was. Nothing bad to say.

Overall the hotel was okay. The room was in need of a renovation. The laminate flooring was splintering. The toilet was too close the wall causing the tank lid to shift. The base boards were worn and needed repainting. The handle in the shower spun over 360 matching it difficult to control the temperature and turn off. The beds were comfortable.

It’s within walking distance to Redondo beach pier and it was so easy to check in. The room was clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Definitely staying there again next time.

The room itself was not maintained well and felt rundown/unkept. The floors were chipping, AC was poor, and the bathroom was quite minimal. Construction on the hotel grounds and street noise was also unpleasant. Only came to the hotel to sleep and I’m glad it worked out that way. I guess you get what you paid for as it is affordable, but not worth it to us.

First off the hotel is the bottom on the Ramada chain... run down property with a paint job. But main issue is they came into my room without my permission!!! We had the do not disturb sign up, left for a few hours and found our room had been entered without any notice. We had valuables laying out that could have been easily stolen! But more importantly, our privacy was invaded! Spoke to Ryan the General Manager who gave me a sad excuse to enter our room, claiming they had to check a mattress tag. Gave no concern for our privacy, just keep saying he had the "right to do". Oh really!? You may have the "right" but that doesn't make it right! On top of that the room was dirty all over. No attention to detail at all! And the bathroom was all molding. Will never stay there again!
