Me and my husband stayed at Terra for a long weekend. We were greeted by the most welcoming staff. Check in was smooth and easy. This property was extremely quiet, and clean. The only thing I could complain about was the rooms are small. Other than that amazing! We will be back

We were charged twice for the deposit, one of which was described to us as a "glitch in the system." The issue remains unsolved after 12 hours we checked out. The manager was not cooperative with this issue at all - not coming down to the lobby to speak with us. We will not visit the hotel again.

The hotel has a very clean minimal aesthetic. The location is quiet, near google. However there are no restaurants within walking distance, except for the one inside in the hotel. But if you want a late lunch early dinner or a good latte, you’ll have to drive off to find it. Parking structure available, for a fee. Beds are looooow profile, if you are ver tall or need something easy to roll out of in the mornings, these beds might not be for you. The day we arrived, the lady at the desk was not very welcoming or helpful as we checked in. She seemed to be in a foul mood. The next morning the staff at the desk was much nicer and a lot more helpful. Overall the stay was fine, with a few bumps along the way.
