Great staff and breakfast. Everything was in good shape. Staff was super nice. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Stay here frequently. Staff is great(Andy was friendly and helpful), breakfast is an awesome bonus. Kid friendly.

The only issue that we had during our stay was with the performance of the desk clerk on duty when we checked in. As a person who has over 15 years experience as a desk clerk I found her ability to pass on necessary information was lacking. When Natalie asked if we would like housekeeping service we stated that yes we would. However, she never let us know that housekeeping was only done every two days. The first day was used up all the towels and when we returned that night to our room the room was not serviced and we had no towels to use. We went to the front desk and Natalie and the desk clerk was was replacing her at the end of her shift were extremely reluctant to give us towels to replace the wet ones. In the end we had to come back down to the front desk to get towels as they would not take them to our room. If there is a hotel policy that the front desk clerk could not leave the desk unoccupied I understand that. However they could have asked us to come and get the towels. Anyway, aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.

Thin walls...the guest on the floor directly above us was walking around non-stop at 5 am. Could not get back to sleep. Otherwise, fine accommodations.

For $300 a night I certainly expect SO MUCH MORE. The exterior is trashy and unkept. The hotel is very tired and needs updating, especially at $300 a night, even at half the price it would need updating. This hotel is a sad reflection on Marriott name. Staff was not friendly at all. Makes me wonder if Marriott has gotten too big and can not manage its growth.

The room and grounds were clean, the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast selection was great, and the grab and go “store” was a much appreciated feature. We returned to the hotel after a concert late at night. Grabbing a frozen pizza to cook in our room was perfect!

All in all good value. The suits are a little "tired" and showing their age, but clean. The staff was excellent. The location is great for access to Downtown and the lakes.

Beds were awful in both rooms of the 2 bedroom suite. Beds felt as if they were sheets of wood with no padding at all. As if someone had pulled back the top of the mattress and laid down plywood then sewed back up instead of replacing the mattress. We had a 6 hour drive in and 6 hours home, as the driver who got no sleep, it was rough going. Glad my husband did sit down gently when we first got in the room. The beds were really disappointing. Loved the area of town, will definifely stay in area again, but not here.

Horrible experience! I have never seen a Marriott property in this type of condition! Peeling paint in the bathroom, shower handle comes off in your hand, bathroom door will not stay shut or open, toilet slow to flush, rust on the basket to store clothes in the closet, did not feel clean.

The hotel room was large with a kichenette, which we didn't use, but added to the openness. Room was pretty comfortable and clean, but a little dated. Recommend that they remodel and refresh the rooms. Breakfast was good, as was service. Location was also excellent with close proximity to restaurants and grocery, and very quick access to downtown Minneapolis and/or nearby lakes.
