Also, the standard bathroom is awkwardly laid out and may be difficult to get in/out of shower if not spry and flexible.

The bathroom floor was so dirty that it was obvious that it had not been mopped. I believe that since I brought a care animal, they didn’t think I deserve to clean room. Linens were clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. I refused to shower there.

I was very disappointed in our room. We had a suite, hideaway bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, had dirty sheets on it when we unfolded it, cigarette was laying on the bed and we were in a NO smoking room. Indoor pool was very dirty, loaded with hair. Asked for extra pillows for the hideaway bed and they did not have any. Will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

The cleaning crew was amazing and very friendly. The you get man at the front desk was very dismissive when I asked a concern but the older gentleman was very helpful.

Side of fridge was terrible. The complete room needed to be gutted and cleaned thoroughly. Including painting. And your service wasn’t no better Expedia refused to accommodate us in payment back to our card. Instead they gave us cash on the account. I wouldn’t use this company again! I see how you feel about your customers. The hotel was more accommodating than Expedia. Yes, we still have the pictures of the room.

Arrived during a storm around 9:00pm and the Electricity was out. We couldn't check in but we appreciated that we were let in our room by the front desk clerk. The electricity came back on about 3:00 am. The room was clean and neat but the bathroom was small. Free breakfast was okay but had better ones at other hotels.

There was a hole on top of the headboard above our bed, and a few holes in the bathroom. While it did look like there had been some renovation done to the room/bathroom, it looked incredibly tacky that these holes were left open.
I filled up my water bottle with ice and water from the water dispenser at Breakfast, before heading out for the remainder of my trip. Upon taking the first few sips, my water tasted like mold. I dumped it out and found the nearest quiktrip and got ice and a bottle of water.

First room we were given was filthy. Food on the floor. Something splattered on the wall. Dirt on the bed. Looked like it had been slept in and remade. Immediately asked for a new room. New room was better, but smelled musty. Went down for breakfast, all the tables were sticky. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The check in process was fine but the room had a lot of issues including a hole in the plaster on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and bedding and broken wiring by the microwave.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is NOT well kept. The room was not clean nor were the hallways or elevator. The bathroom was the worst room. The toilet bowl, floor and shower were disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again. There were stains on the lamp shade, walls and ironing board. Breakfast was lacking. The eggs were COLD! The staff was nice but the maids are lacking something fierce.
