The main part of the room wasn’t terrible. Only issues I had was that the lights didn’t illuminate the room unless I had the curtains open. The bed left me sore in the morning and uncomfortable all night. The bathroom was the worst part about this place. There was a seat that is the same as the one my grandmother used before she died in her shower. I couldn’t fold it up to give myself more room to stand. The shower head assembly wouldn’t stay up at the top of the pole by its self so I was forced to hold it up while showering. The hose attached to the shower head and wall bumped a circular plate that covered the wall and that plate popped off and would only stay when the hose was propped in front of it. The shower leaked water out the bathroom door and I didn’t notice until I stepped out and onto a drenched towel and a small stream of water heading out the bathroom door.

The good - Comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast. The bad - faulty door latch on room made it hard to close door, so had to slam it shut - pretty annoying! Asked evening staff on first night to address the next day, didn’t happen. First day of a 3-day stay, no cleaning service - asked front desk to clean the next day, and it happened but why’d I have to ask? And the side door didn’t have a card scan (broken/non-existent) so you couldn’t use it for entry which really sucked because all the parking was at that end of the building! Please do a better job with the facilities maintenance.

The property was great, the staff no so much. The guy at the check in , had a strong accent and keep telling us that he didn’t speak Spanish ,we were not…
And at the check out, the girl seems like she didn’t know wat to do…

Overall the property was ok. Two issues:
1. Bathtub shower drain was poor, the water filled till over the ankle.
2. Due to faulty smoke alarm the building had to be evacuated, not that much fun.
Room 331 carpet was stained and not too clean.
Breakfast was very good as was the staff!

Nice size bathroom. Towels were great. Tub made a cracking sound when standing to take a shower. Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Hot tub was good.

My family booked three rooms here over the July 4th holiday. In one of the three rooms the sheets and towels had yellow stains and required replacement. Check in was rather slow; the desk staff spent too much time explaining that we couldn't park at the auto parts store and didn't mention the minor detail that housekeeping would not clean the room unless we called for it daily (I didn't miss that detail--there were four of us at the desk and it was not mentioned). The proximity to Interstate 94 is a plus. We appreciated the free breakfast although it wasn't anything special (several of us walked to the Starbucks across the street instead). The pile of mattresses at the side of the building didn't add much to the ambiance. Overall I must say there are better options in Menomonie.

First when you wait 6 minutes at the front desk to check in, and you hear the phone ring and then the clerk walks up answering the phone and asks "do you mind if I take the reservation on the phone?" Always prioritize the guest in front of you over the guest on the phone. Standard customer service practice. The room is decent bed is decent. Need to invest in real pillows for your guests. I know not all hotel's have great pillows but the pillows in the room are the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel. Guests were smoking in the rooms or hallways near our room? Not sure how this was possible but the smell was bad. Breakfast was not good either. Given the price of the room for a night expected much better quality and ammenities. This is an $90 a night quality stay charging $150+
Will not stay here again when passing through.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a convenient location close to college and shopping and dining. Continental breakfast was just OK. Eggs patties not great and much of the food was gone before 9am.

Upon entering the elevator i walked through dirt and mud. The floor of the elevator was very dirty with same dirt found outside of it.
When I arrive back to the hotel and entered the elevator on 4/3/24, noticed a k-cup coffee moving around. Entered the elevator the next morning and the K-cup still there.
