Room was so so in cleanliness. Housekeeping never came in our whole stay. No extra toilet paper, we ran out. Trying to get some one to front desk was terrible. When i did they were not the friendliest. (Except for our check in host when we arrived, she was great). The only thing that was great was the location and ease to get to the Marine Base. The beds were comfortable.

We arrived from Georgia and upon checking in was told our reservation was cancelled. We chose the “Reserve now pay at hotel” option as we ALWAYS do and they tried to take the charges the day before. Due to the card on file being locked, the pmt couldn’t be made and the reservation was cancelled. We were lucky enough to find another hotel for a higher price. I feel if the room is to be paid at hotel, they should stick to that choice!

Stayed 3 nights and have to say that I'm not satisfied with this hotel at all. Despite advertising breakfast it only consisted of stale cereal and two bottles of milk. The lady at the front desk was completely impersonal and unfriendly. Did not receive fresh towels at all during our stay, I will not be returning to this hotel and recommend that others reevaluate before booking here.

This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in…the floors were filthy! There were stains on the sheets and a hole in the bedspread! The “provided hairdryer” was a joke. I have very short hair and it took about twenty minutes to dry! The bathroom door looked like a mouse had chewed a hole in it! I have pictures to prove all this but I won’t share them! When walking barefoot on the floor my feet were black on the bottom! There were only three small drawers to put clothes in for three people!! Ending on a positive the mini refrigerator kept things really cold!

Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was helpful with everything I needed. We were there for my Sons graduation from Parris Island for the Marines! She was wonderful!!

We booked the room for two nights.
The room was not cleaned at all. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom was disgusting and found roaches. We arrived late so had no choice but to stay the night. The next day we talked to the person behind the desk and told them. They seemed like it wasn't a surprise. I said that I wanted to cancel the next night and explained why and she said she couldn't do anything about it, then I asked to speak or the phone number of the manager and she would not.
I am still trying to get a refund for the one night.
I would NOT stay there!

The hotel was very dirty. A cockroach came out of the tissue box. I didn't know I booked a smoking room and it pure stunk like cigarette smoke. The hotel gave us some spray to use, again gross! My family left the next day and stayed some where else.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I can’t rate the staff’s friendliness as we had to check in through a tiny window and then never saw anyone again. The “breakfast” is pathetic; cold cereal, about 4 (total) mini muffins and a few apples. That was it.

The property was dirty. The restroom is stinky, and there was a lot of cockroach on the bed It smell awful. They didn’t give you enough toilet paper the facility that was not good. If you have another hotels another options take it

The Hotel is located about14 miles from MCRD Paris Island. This is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. If you have any choice at all, go somewhere else. The property is old and in need of updating and cleaning. The electrical outlets where worn out and would not hold anything that was plugged in to them. The mattress were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had built up dirt and staining in the corners and along the walls. The shower chair was missing in the ADA complaint room. The breakfast consisted of a communal box of cereal and a shared gallon of milk.
Just spend the extra couple of bucks and keep your wife happy, thank me later.
