Excellent location stayed here many times in the past. Very short distance to beach clubs, shops and restaurants. Clean with friendly staff will stay again.

Very conveniently situated hotel in Juan with nice modern rooms, side or full sea view. Remarkable is the super friendly and very helpful staff, they know how to make you feel very welcome and appreciated. Would definitely stay there again if in Juan.

Overall we liked the property and the staff were nice and helpful for the most part. There was even a nice gentleman that helped us park our vehicle when we had trouble maneuvering in the parking garage. The location is good and convenient for driving around the South of France. We had two concerns. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, which was disappointing after long hot days in the sun. Secondly, the private beach was confusing so we never went. One person told us the beach was not apart of the hotel and we had to pay based on the seating we selected. We were under the impression that the private beach was for the hotel guest and that was a huge selling point when reserving our stay. Another person told us we couldn’t reserve for the beach at the front desk and would have to walk down to the beach area to make the reservations but that it was free. Instead we settled on going to the public beach area since we didn’t want to run the risk of not having reservations and the beach overcrowding. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the room was kept nice and clean.
