The bed was comfortable, but the curtains were hanging off the hooks. The soap holder in the shower was broken. Little things that could be easily fixed. The breakfast was good

Comfortable room however shower was cold at night. Tried again in am and was hot thank goodness. Onsite restaurant ok, not alot of choices

Photos looked nice online, when we got there it was very difficult to get the door open, told it was normal.
The place is so run down and needs some coin spent on it if your going to charge these prices. The carpet looked like it has been eaten by silverfish, given one half used toilet roll and only 1 spare, no shower gel provided, room had bugs on the floor. Shower had terrible pressure. Definitely not worth the $140 I paid for it especially in a country town.

Good but parking was awkward. Can i suggest you get rid of the massive plant pots that take up parking space so people can park in their correct spots

Enjoyed the spa tub and decent size tv bedroom. I also liked that there is a tennis court and large social courtyard, but the room was dated and could use a deep clean around the edges. Stairs and pathway leading to the rooms could also use a cleaning.

All staff extremely polite and courteous the room was clean and fully stocked, quiet and safe with ample parking a great stay for anyone who likes to stay in there room breakfast and room service also on offer.
I would highly recommend this resort.

The king size bed dipped in the middle which was annoying as we kept rolling in the middle of the bed !! Neighbours on both nights were very noisy until about 1 am !! We realise that is not the fault of management but it was still annoying !! And some people don’t realise that because they are leaving at 6 am other people are still sleeping and they need to be quiet, just common sense !!

Meals beautiful, rooms bland, aircondioner had to be on 27 to just get warmth, dirty curtains and exterior to gardens. No lighting over footpath to dining area where path was undulating and rough and entry to dining entry.

I had read several bad reviews before staying, but thought I'd still stay. BAD IDEA. The room was clean enough, but the mattress was thin and hard as a rock, it would have been better on the floor. As for the bathroom. The toilet was filthy, or at least very badly stained. The shower was mouldy. I wouldn't use it. And just to finish, the sink had a big crack though it. I wouldn't recommend this site, at any cost.

The shower could do with a bit more pressure, & the WiFi could do with an upgrade as it kept signing me in & out every 5mins.
The lady at reception was exceptional in service 5 stars for her.
Other than that everything else was perfect.
