Excellent property in the Hyannis,MA. area. Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great outdoor firepits that they ligjt nightly, great outdoor and indoor pools with hot tub. Best property in the area.

We had a nice, roomy first floor level room. The room was really clean and nicely decorated.

we love this hotel. Only one thing I would ask for and that is a safety mat for the bathtub for us senior people so we won't slip when we take a shower. thank you

Great location in the cape. The hotel has a beautiful view of the salt marsh in the back. A very important detail for me is that it has EV charging available. Overall a basic hotel that checks all the marks to enjoy your stay

Very friendly staff, great location, terrific indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor pool has sandy area and full patio. 2 large fire pits with 12 lounge chairs around each and faithfully lit nightly along with a good breakfast makes this the best choice for short or extended days stay.

Kevin was wonderful when I made my reservation and then called to upgrade. The lady that checked me in was a little rude. Would not listen to the fact that I was already charged the resort fee and therefore paid it at booking and at upgrade. The room was very clean. Only complaint is the slamming of the doors because every door in the place sticks due to humidity.

The property was clean and convenient but the bar and restaurant onsite were closed. The breakfast buffet was nothing special.

Onsite pub has been closed for months but they give $6 coupon good at variety of good local options. Onsite breakfast overlooking the marsh was excellent view/experience.

The hotel had great accommodations with the Sandy beach and marsh. The fire 🔥 pits at night were fun too. My only issue was that the bathroom needs serious upgrades. The toilet was very low and angled. Super uncomfortable. Other than that the room itself was fine.

Always love going to Bayside resort. Juat a bit disappointed the bars are still closed. Staff is wonderful, and is very clean place.

The rooms could use some updating and if you stay on the first floor you better hope that whoever is in the room above you is quiet or you will hear every sound they make.

The resort has everything one needs and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is very good.

I loved evrything it was a beautiful hotel site.

This is the first time staying in West Yarmouth. The Hotel is in a good location and close to restaurants , coffee shops and stores. The hotel does not feel like new or old. Like any other resorts o hotels in the area are mostly the same. The staff was very kind and helpful and they always keep the surrounding areas clean and safe. The breakfast options very limited but good. From scramble eggs to pancakes or waffles. Both pools were open and clean as well the hot tub and sauna. The restaurants in the resort were closed. You might have to go out for dinner or order food for delivery. Beaches were 10 minutes away. Seagull beach was our favorite beach. Overall good resort for the area and amenities. We will come back again.
